As I have already stated in the description of the story: what you are about to read is not fiction; it has been – and still is – my life.
Everything in the book has actually happened and is the truth. However, I occasionally had to change the timing of the events a bit, to make it more readable.
I also had to put words into people's mouths, since - naturally – I do not recall conversations that happened more than thirty years ago perfectly... I do, however, remember the gist of every single one, since they were important to me in one way or the other.
And – last but not least – I had to change all the names! For privacy reasons, as I am writing about real, flesh and blood people...
Therefore: do not steal or copy this story; it wouldn't make any sense anyway, since... well, it's my life... and not anybody else's...!
