"You're what now?"
I shrugged. "Moving out. I don't want to, I swear, I really don't, but Channel is sending me there. I'll be back three years later. I'm sorry, Kev."
"So you're leaving me alone."
"No please don't say that."
Kevin smiled suddenly. "I get the whole house to myself. Your TV is mine."
I laughed. "Alright dude. Go nuts."
Kevin walked over to the couch, stopped, and scratched the back of his neck. "Hey, uh...I'm just saying this out of curiousity but I've noticed that since we came back from Transylvania three months ago things have not been the same."
I frowned. "What do you mean?"
"I mean Alex spends all his time in his room and you're getting snappier and snappier. I knew you're a good guy but now I'm having doubts. And Avi's moved out....there's something wrong."
"What are you talking about..."
"Well whatever it is, work it out. Please. I give you three years. Make it all right. Come back as yourself. Come back as Scott Hoying. Because you're amazing."
I smiled. "Thanks Kev. Thank you."
Just then Alex's room door swung open and he came charging out. I blinked as the brunette threw his bags on the couch and let out a breath.
"...Al?"
Alex whipped around and smiled wide. "Guess what? I'm going to Transylvania with you."
"What??" I exclaimed. From behing the brunette I saw Kevin silently mouth, "YAS"
"Alex I'm not going for a vacation. I'm going as a dispach for Channel."
"So am I." He shrugged. "Don't you remember, I work at Channel too."
Oh
Almost forgot about that
"So we're going to Transylvania. Again."
"Yup"
"That's.....cool." I sighed. "This is ridiculous. Alex ever since we broke up we've been acting really stupid. We can be friends, right?"
Just then Alex's eyes gleamed in a wicked way. I frowned and tried to read it, but the face was soon gone.
He smiled. "Sure." He said.
"Why not."

"Hey you." Mitch said, smiling as he opened the door. He looked even more beautiful than I last saw him three months ago. "Is that all your bags?"
I nodded. "Yeah." Then I saw Elisha from behind him. "Oh hi."
She smiled a big fake smile. "Hey"
"Listen, you can say no if you're not on bord but can my Channel partner stay here as well? He's my good friend and he has no where to go. I know you have no reason to, but.."
"Is he cute?" Elisha demanded. Mitch nodded in approval. I laughed.
"Yeah he's adorable. And he's single."
Elisha's eyes flashed. "Ooh I like him."
"Yeah so do I." Mitch smirked. "Yeah why not." He said to me, taking my bags inside.
"Sweet." I said. "C'mon, Alex."
Mitch froze. "Alex....?"
Alex appeared at the doorway. "HIIII GENOROUS PEOPLE WHO VOLUNTEERED TO SHARE A HOUSE WITH-" He stopped.
Mitch's big brown eyes were even bigger now as he stared at Alex, completely frozen.
"Oh hey it's Mitch." Alex said, smiling wide. "Awesome! My best fellow."
"Mitch..?" I called softly.
He didn't answer. He just stood there, completely terrified.
Elisha whispered something into Mitch's ear and he nodded slowly. I only heard one word.
"Killer".
"Mitch are you okay?" I asked. He blinked.
"Y..yeah. Why wouldn't I be."
Elisha frowned, thinking. "Okay. I don't like you Scott."
"Thanks?"
"But I'm gonna have to trust you. I have no choice now. You're sharing a room with Mitch."
I blinked. "Really?"
"And your friend is sleeping in the second guest room. Avi's in the first one."
Mitch nodded, not meeting anyone's eyes.
Alex laughed. "Why? I'd love to share a room with this cutie." He dragged his nails across Mitch's face. He flinched.
"Sorry. He's gonna have to stick with Scott." Elisha said, slapping away Alex's hand. Alex smirked.
"Whatever. Scott don't forget about the gig tomorrow at Selvadore. Study some words."
I nodded. "Yeah okay."
Alex walked inside and smiled at Elisha. "Hello sweetheart. Can you show me in?"
Elisha nodded, biting down on her lower lip hard. "Yes. Sure. Follow me."
And I was left with Mitch.
"Heeyyyy. Guess what, roomies, eh?"
Mitch smiled meekly. "Yeah. Who knew?"
"...Mitch you seem very down. Are you okay?"
