Kacchan tried to strangle me as I ran across the upstairs hallway.
"Why didn't you wake me up, Dipshit?!"
"AAAAAGGGHHH!" I screamed.
We ran around in circles for ten minutes until I accidentally fell over the railing.
"I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead!"
A boy that barely came out of his room happened to pass under the stairs. He looked up in surprise but held his hands out, extending his arms.
"I've got you!!!" He screamed.
"DIE!" Screamed Kacchan.
I fell into his chest and we slid backwards.
"Oh! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me! I can't believe that happened!!! Are you hurt?!" I yelled, frantic.
"Oh! No! It's fine! You were the one in danger. I was so scared for you. Were you... Trying to... You know..." He asked, uneasy.
"Huh?" I turned bright red as I realized what he was trying to say.
I quickly jumped out of his arms and stood up.
"Aaah!!!! NO! Ahaha! I'm not... Like that." I rubbed the back of my neck and fixed my gaze to the upper floor.
"I was just... Running away from something."
I smiled sweetly and quickly bowed. "Excuse me. I'm heading to the cafeteria! I'm so sorry... I must go!"
"Sure! If you ever feel like jumping or running away I'm right here." He joked, rubbing the back of his neck. His sly smile made me skip a beat. His gaze went from his room and back to me.
"Tch!" I looked up to see Kacchan angrily make his way downstairs. He looked mad... But it was a different kind of mad.

I made my way to the cafeteria. And grabbed a plate.
I quickly sat down at a table at the end corner of the cafeteria.
It was morning and the sun was bright.
It was a bit cold but it was nice.
"Hi, there!" Called a voice.
The same boy from downstairs was standing in front of me.
He was smiling brightly.
He stood by the window as the light shone in.
The sun complimented his skin tone.
It was light and fair and his eyes were ocean green.
His features were soft but manly.
The right look for a teenage boy.
"O-oh. Hello!" I stuttered politely.
"I-I didn't expect you to... Be here."
"Oh! Sorry! I was just coming down to get breakfast also. But I didn't want to bother you since you ran over here like no tomorrow. Haha!" He rubbed his neck and closed his eyes with an open smile.
"Uh... Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to ignore or disrespect you. Please, forgive me." I begged.
I looked down to bow and hit my head against the lunch table.
"Oh my goodness! Are you alright?!" He asked, concerned.
He ran to my side and held my head ruffling my hair to massage my skull.
"A-aaah. Arigatou. Sumimasen!" I wiggled around in my chair too embarrassed to look at him and fell on to the floor in a panic.
My head felt like it was pulsating.
I bowed so fast I didn't see it coming.
He tried to walk the other way around me but I accidentally kicked my leg out in an attempt to get up and he fell to the floor swiftly.
He fell on top of me and hit the bridge of my nose.
"Aaaah!" We yelled.
A group of authority figures came to the scene and held us both up by the arm.
They took us to the chairman and claimed that we had fought in the cafeteria.
After an hour of explaining and misunderstandings the chairman decided to believe our story but told us he would have to keep a close eye.
We walked back to our rooms and went our separate ways all the while our stomachs growled as we laughed it off together.
As I walked back to the room upstairs I saw Kacchan back in his own bed as he turned to face the wall.
The sun had went down and wasn't as bright as before.
"Aye, boke!" Kacchan uttered.
"Ah! ah! Hai!" I stuttered. "Kacchan?"
"Don't bother me. If you do I'll kill you."
"Huh?" I asked.
"I'm still tired. If you wake me, I'll murder you, got it?"
"But Kacchan! Classes will start in a little bit!" I screamed hysterically.
"Shut it! Urusai!!! What's the point of going to class if you can't use your quirk, idiot?!"
I trembled in fear. What will happen if we don't do work here? Can we go back to Yuuei? Will we stay here for the rest of the year? I can't even imagine it now! I won't accept this! All Might is counting on me. My mom said I was cool! I... I'm.. A HERO!
"Kacchan, get up! RIGHT NOW!!" My whole body was shaking. I couldn't comprehend what my body was doing. Acting on it on... My anger... My fear... Only doubled in size. But my future was on the line. I had to stand up for myself! It was NOW OR NEVER!
"Hah? You loser. Are you standing up to me? You wanna die so young? RETARD."
Kacchan said intimidatingly.
"You can't use your quirk here Kacchan! You'll just be kicked out and you'll never admit into Yuuei again!" I yelled angrily.
"Don't you think I know that, dumbass?" The way he said it sent shivers down my spine.
He was right.
Who's to say that he even needed it?
I was scared... So scared.
He stood up from his bed and walked towards me.
He extended his left arm and struck the left side of my face.
He repeatedly beat me until my cheek was swollen.
He pulled my hair and tied it back.
He kept hitting me on my face and stomach.
"GWAAAH!" I uttered.
I couldn't see his punches.
He was so fast.
"STOO--GAHP! Kaaa--HWUUUUH!!! Cha--CHAN!" I choked. My breath was cut off at each word.
My stomach felt bruised and my face was burning.
He kicked me again and again and rammed his foot between my legs.
"AAAAGGGGGHHHH!"
I fell to the floor and held my private area.
"Kacchan, yamero!"
He held my head up and stooped down to his knees.
"I'm sorry Kacchan. Gomenasai. Gomenasai! GOMENASAI!" I yelled as tears streamed down my face.
"You know, Izu-chaaaaan? You look best when you're beaten down."
I couldn't help but stare right back into his eyes.
They weren't angry or laughing.
They just stared back.
His expression was blank but his voice was seductive.
"I don't care if you make little friends here. Go ahead and have a party! Have fun! Because this is the only place that will keep you safe. Like I said you're a fucking parasite."
He threw my head down and it hit the wooden floor.
I couldn't bring myself to get up.
I stayed on the floor and tried not to cry.
I heard Kacchan walk towards his bed and coil himself into the cushions.
I silently wept as I fell to the side.
"And you need me."
He whispered.
