Aizawa-Sensei had just dropped us a off a few minutes ago. It was cold and I was hungry. But Kacchan's face was filled with redness. His cheeks, the tip of his nose and the side of his ears. It complimented his skin, but he looked as if he was in pain.
"A...Ah... Ka--" I mustered, before Kacchan interrupted.
"Achoo! A-a-aaaachoo!" He shouted. His face was adorable. The sound that came out was was really cute and I couldn't help but blush.
"What are you looking at, loser?!" He yelled.
Uh... Kacchan, I, uh... Gesundheit!" I shouted back.
He looked at me as if I was really stupid. He turned around and walked inside without knocking. "Waaaait, Kachaaan!"
A man a few feet away spotted us as we walked inside. "Hello! You must be Bakugou and Midoriya! I'm the supervisee of this place. Let us start the introduction." He smiled sweetly. we followed him into another room that seemed like it was made to rest or sleep.
"I've prepared your bedrooms.
Please forgive me, there aren't many vacancies this year. Last year wasn't very well either, there's been a lot of other undisciplined children that have had to room in together. Luckily, you two have two separate beds! Is it fine to be roomed together?"
Kacchan looked upset but he only sighed and threw his things next to an empty bed. He threw himself on it, claiming his territory. "I will be with you shortly. There will be many others coming! When I've finished taking roll, I'll call you all down for breakfast." He said, politely. He smiled at us and then closed the door.
His loud footsteps became light tapping sounds as he walked away. I walked around towards the other empty bed and lightly threw myself into the soft plushy blankets and pillows. I didn't want to disturb Kacchan so I turned my back towards him, looking at the wall. It was a big room.
The design was pretty and old fashioned. It looked like a mansion. My side of the room was next to a window and a dressing closet. Kacchan's was really close to the window and a few feet away from the wall."Damn, this freaking sun! I can't sleep like this!" He said, irritated.
It was really silent.
"Deku..." He whispered.
"Yes, Kacchan?" I answered.
"I'm taking your bed for a few hours." He replied.
"What?! But you claimed that bed! Why are you tired?" I asked.
"Don't be such a bitch!" He said, raising his voice. I heard him get out of his bed as the light shuffling of the covers were being removed. I turned around to see Kacchan right next to me. He looked angry. I sprung out of my bed and looked at him in the eye. He shoved me aside with one of his arms. "Kacchan stop! This is my side!"
"Shut up, asshole! Or I'll use my quirk on you. You worthless, shithead." He heavily threw his body on to my bed and turned around facing the wall.
I didn't want to fight so I moved towards Kacchan's bed and tucked myself in. It smelled like him. It was an odd mixture of smoke and ash and an intoxicating scent of ocean breeze. His body wash.
I looked up at the window and a blinding light came in through the pane. It burned my eyes. I put my head down and snuggled into the covers. No wonder Kacchan didn't want to sleep here. It was still bright outside and it was a huge long window. After a few minutes passed by, Kacchan's light snoring was heard across the room. It was sweet and soothing. I loved when Kacchan snored because it was soft and he sounded at peace. The only place he was ever free was when he was asleep. His expression was what I loved the most. It made me forget about his rude behavior and drew me in to crave his soft side. I wanted to know his other side; who he really was inside.
A good 30 minutes passed by until a knock at the door came.
"Hello, sirs. Breakfast is already served. I've accounted all students in the residence so please make your way down to the cafeteria." He chimed.
I jumped up out of my bed.
I looked towards Kacchan, feeling uneasy. If I woke him up no, he would be irritated and angry. And would definitely hit me. If I didn't wake him up, he would be upset, tell my ugly words and then go down to get food himself. It would still hurt either way...
"Sirs?" He called.
"Coming!" I answered.
Eh. Kacchan's a heavy sleeper!
He just sleeps fast.
I ran towards the door, past the supervisor.
"Oh! What about Bakugou-kun?"
"Ah. He is asleep. I can't wake him up. It'll take hours! Hahaha!" I said half-jokingly.
"Okay. That's fine. Ah! But he'll have to wait until lunch time to eat again!"
Oh, shoot!
Kacchan will be SO angry!
"Ah ha! That's fine." I smiled.
"I'll be going down."
It was very fortunate to have a room in the upstairs area.
If I were to ever to be chased down the hall I could jump from the second floor.
Suddenly, I heard a loud scream.
"DEKUUUUUUUU!"
Oh no...
