Hi. I'm going to change my username to jadesparrow521 so heads up.
5 months later.
Leah, Dominique and I soon became incredibly close friends after the interrogation episode. We pranked with the Hermes kids, and our favorite target was the pink Aphrodite cabin. Leah absolutely refused to stay in the Aphrodite cabin, since it was just filled of glitter and pink, Leah's worst enemy. So she stayed in the Ares cabin, which suited her. She was as violent and trigger-happy as Clarisse.
Dominique stayed with Nico since they were both death god boys. The weird thing was, Dom called Nico 'master' the way Thanatos treated Hades. Dominique, although creepy, was pretty nice once he got warm with you. His powers were creepier than Nico's, since he could not just raise the dead, he could bring them to life again. He could just say 'go die' and your soul would go to the Underworld. In other words: Don't mess with him.
Victoria was using her light-bending abilities to the max. And also her Earthshaker abilities. She could use bursts of light to help with her disintegrating ability, and she could use her powers when she was in disintegration mode. Something I could not do while I was pure thought.
She relied greatly on her powers, something Nemesis warned us not to do. I focused more on physical attacks, instead of using our powers from the gods. But at least when me and Percy were on the same team for the water-gun fight, we were the last two standing completely dry. Even Annabeth wasn't spared, and since Leah charmspoke Percy into wetting himself, I won.
Now, it was already February, and it meant that this was my 6th month from realizing that I was a demigod and 5 months from finding out my heritage. My abilities had grown rapidly, but I scarcely used them. The only one I really used were the Poseidon abilities, since the Athena kids were starting to envy my ability to turn into pure thought.
Today, me, Leah, Dominique and another demigod, Thomas Drake son of Dementia, had been chosen by Chiron to deal with a band of runaway pegasi troubling the countryside. Riding a borrowed Blackjack with Leah, while Dom and Thomas rode on a brown patched pegasus called Sugarcube. We soon found the pegasi, which were pretty easy to find, since they were screaming DONUTS! DONUTS!
Calm down! I said.
Hello, my Lady! DO YOU HAVE DONUTS! YOU SMELL LIKE DONUTS! GIVE ME DONUTS! In the lead of the donut pegasi was a beautiful pure white stallion. I could hear Blackjack trying not to give in to the Donut-magic. Blackjack and Sugarcube was whinnying and buckling against the urge to join the crazed donut pegasus.
Wait? Silverswan? Blackjack cawed.
"Whose Silverswan?" I realized I had said it out loud. They gave me weird looks.
"You losing your edge, Althea?" said Thomas. "Or are you just confused?"
Tom always called me Althea, since he thought that Thea wasn't a Greek name. I was like, so? Thomas isn't a Greek name.
"I think you would know all about confusion, wouldn't you Tom?" I retorted. "I'm talking to Blackjack, idiots."
Ya, idiots! Boss's sister is way cooler than you. Blackjack said.
"Blackjack, play nice."
The pure white pegasus had whinnied when Blackjack had said Silverswan.
Silverswan was my sister. Blackjack answered.
Hey, I AM your sister. The pure white pegasus said.
I looked closely at the pegasus. Her fur was pure white, while her mane was silvery. She looked eerily like Blackjack. They both had the same build, athletic and pretty. Their eyes were both pure black, and even their manes were the same, except for the color. They actually looked like sisters.
Swan? Blackjack said.
Hey Jack. Silverswan said.
Blackjack suddenly fainted and I had to turn into pure thought to keep from falling off. Remember we were about 50 meters above ground level. I was lucky. Blackjack and Leah were not. Blackjack slowly glided to a stop and just lay on the ground. Leah was still falling, so I swooped down and grabbed her before she could fall. And that was not a fun thing to do when you were in the form of pure thought.
Silverswan helped carry Leah onto her back, and the donut-crew had stopped their rave for donuts.
"Okay pegasi. Time to come to the camp."
Will there be sugar-cubes? One of the pegasi said.
Lots of sugar-cubes! But only if you behave good. said Sugarcube.
Easy for you to say, your name is Sugarcube. The pegasus said.
Oh shut up Treacle. You're just mad that Sugarcubes taste better than Treacle tarts. Sugarcube replied. I rode on Silverswan, while the boys, incredibly quiet, continued to ride on Sugarcube. Leah rode on Blackjack, and we lead the flock of pegasi towards the camp. The camp cheered at the sight of a flock of new pegasi.
Blackjack suddenly flipped over and Leah landed hard on Silverswan's back. Owwwww! cried Silverswan. Blackjack then dive-bombed Percy, who grabbed on to his neck and vaulted on. Reyna, who had come over for a visit, flew over on her pegasus, Guido.
Boss! Look at my sista! said Blackjack, swooping over to me.
"Sister?" Percy asked, confused.
Me! I'm her sister. Welcome to Silverswan! Silverswan said, zooming around. And my boss is this black-haired girl here. Ya sis?
"Yes, I'm Percy's sister."
Down on the ground, Tom was dealing with the confused campers. A click of his fingers and their daze disappeared. A handy ability to have.
Sometimes I wished I was a normal camper. Not a child of a maiden goddess. Not a child of the Big Three. Just a normal camper.
I'M SO SORRY SUCH A SHORT CHAPTER BUT I ALREADY DID 3 OTHER CHAPTERS IN TWO DAYS SO PLEASE DON'T JUDGE THANKS.
