The black haired girl laid in bed, covered with a slightly ripped men's shirt. Around her stood two witches, two warlocks and five demons from Solomon's realm.
All silent, none moving, none breathing.
"Is she... Is she going to be okay?" Alicia suddenly asked, turning to face the large red headed demon.
"Yes, but she will be asleep for three days. Her body is adjusting to the release." Amy said, taking a seat on one of the chairs in Felix's room.
When the girl fainted Felix was there to catch her and carry her back to his house. Dylan, Marbas and the newly evoked Eligor (who was a very handsome human man) carried all the presents back to the Mathews coven household.
"Three days... That's just harsh for her." Eli said. "Come on guys, let's let her sleep."
Eli grabbed Alicia's hand and the two girls left. Dylan patted a half naked Felix and left with Buer to show him their herb garden. The demon was happy to see what a coven grows in their glass gardens. He just hoped they had the appropriate ingredients for the tonic he was going to give his new master.
"Why does she always faint every time she summons?" Felix asked, taking a seat next to the sleeping girl. "My poor Tuberose..." He caressed her cheek. "What have you done to yourself..."
"She's young." A deep voice echoes through the room. "She just turned seventeen and her capacity to house more of us evolved. Her power grows stronger and more and more of us will be evoked in times of danger." The voice belonged to Eligor.
"More of you?" Felix looked down at Eve.
In his mind the one question played on replay. How in the world can a body so small house 72 demons?
"Yes, we believe that Eve is the one who will evoke all of us." Sytry said, in his human form.
Felix looked at Eve and then back at the demons in front of his bed.
"If Eve evokes all of you, what will happen to her? The girl faints every time she evokes one. Tell me, what are the consequences?" He was seriously worried about the small girl.
"Nobody knows. Mistress could loose the feeling in her legs, she could become immobile, she could loose one of her senses... Worst case scenario, she could die." Marbas said.
"Well, not exactly. There are ways she can stay alive Marbas... Don't go running to Lucifer just yet." Sytry said with a wink. "We'll leave you to rest. Amy will stay with you. Don't worry, if you do the dirty Amy will only watch like a hawk."
"Ew!" Alicia said, walking in with a tray of food. "That's just plain gross."
A silent laugh rang through the room as the demons left. Alicia placed the tray on the bedside table beside Felix and gave Amy a mug of black coffee. She smiled at them and left.
"Sleep warlock. I expect for you to take care of her these three days." Amy said taking a sip of his coffee.
Felix only smiled slightly and crawled in next to Eve under the velvet red sheets. They were soft and for the first time it felt warm in his bed. He was finally feeling comfortable in his own house, in his own skin.
* * *
I felt so warm, so fuzzy, so loved. I snuggled closer to the warmth and the pressure around my waist hardened. It became more stronger and I din't feel uncomfortable.
"Eve, stop moving." Somebody whispered in my ear.
Not even caring, I snuggled closer and sighed in content. A groan left the person that was laying next to me and I peeked an eye open. A small giggle left my lips when long black hair tickled my nose.
"Felix... That tickles." I giggled.
"Your awake?!" His eyes suddenly widened.
"Yeah... But I feel like a big blob." I sighed.
Felix smiled and leaned down to kiss my lips. It was soft and I could clearly feel his love through it. As he pulled back I whimpered and pulled his hair a bit. A little bit harder and he rolled his eyes, but gave in and gave me another longer kiss. I saw his blush and it made me so happy. I can't explain it.
"Thank you for always taking care of me and my demons." I smiled at him.
God I look like a hobo for sure.
"Don't worry about it Eve." He said, kissing my nose. "I'll always take care of you. Even if you dump me."
"I won't dump you Felix. Where'd you get that idea from?" I furrowed my brows.
"You dumped Lucious, please don't be so cruel towards me." He kissed my lips.
Where was this coming from now? Wait a minute, now I get it. I only had to look at the end of the bed, for my eyes to make contact with the red haired demon sitting in a chair drinking coffee. Which mug is that in a row now Amy?
"Let me guess, one of them told you that I'd die didn't they?" I asked, looking up at the man I began not only liking, but adoring as well. "Don't listen to them. I may get beaten up by my old man everyday, but that doesn't mean I will die. Heck that means I'll survive whatever life throws at me."
He smiled and hugged me closer. I clearly heard his heartbeat which was becoming very soothing and soft in my ears. It was lulling me back to sleep but at the same time my stomach was calling out for food. Please don't make weird noises stomach, I am currently all lovey-dovey with Felix.
"Eve, do you want to eat?" Felix was chuckling at me.
"No." I pouted. "I want to cuddle."
"My sweet little Tuberose, you should eat something." Felix caressed my cheek. "A bite or two won't hurt. And then we can cuddle all you want."
For some reason I was feeling needy. Like a lot. Did I get hit in the head or something?
"No, I just added a bit of an aphrodisiac into the tonic Buer made you." I heard a voice from the door and my eyes met those green emeralds.
Oh crap, I forgot I evoked another one.
