In Abby's world, there is a magical power that each person has. Well almost everybody that is. Abby is one of the few people who don't have magical powers (but can still cast simple spells). So when it seems everyone is making her life harder than i...
Author's Note: Real quick I wanna say that I am shorting the Chapter titles to Ch. whatever: blah blah blah so I have mire room to write. Once I'm finished with the book, I'll update the chapters and change it. Or I will not who knows. Anyways enjoy the chapter.
Abby's Pov:
Emma and I were still watching Sam and Cat when Jordan came into the room. "Can I talk to you for a second?" Jordan said. "Sure. What about?" I said. He did a sideways glance at the stairs like he was thinking of brooking it. Then he sat down in a chair. "I, um, had an unexpected.... visitor... in my room....." He said. "Go on." Emma urged. "Well it was... Markus." Jordan said and my mouth dropped. "Okay who's Markus?" Emma asked. "He's the Fire Fate." I said. "Oh... okay.... so what was he doing in your room?" Emma asked. "You see.. he just told me.. that I will be going off training tomorrow. And to let you girls know." Jordan said. "Anything else." Emma asked and Jordan nodded. Emma had a questionable look on her face. "Are you sure about that?" Emma asked again and Jordan nodded once then shook his head. "He did say I had to face my bullies when I get back. Also that Abby could train me with fighting. The first part we talked about...... I don't really want to say it. But it's not even important." Jordan said the last part quickly. "One more thing... if you're not too uncomfortable telling me..... why were you thankful that Abby got you when she did?" Emma asked. "I, well I might have been getting beat up by my biggest bullies and Abby swooped in and save me." Jordan said. It was quite for a minute, too quite. "Well since it'll be your last time here for awhile, let's have some fun. Movie marathon anyone?" I asked. "Nothing girly." Jordan says. "How about Avengers first?" Emma suggest and I snap my fingers. "That's a good one to start off on. I'll get the movie ready." I said. "I'll get the popcorn." Emma said. "Jordan can you get the bean bag chair? They're upstairs first door to the left when you turn left." I said and Jordan nodded. *eight movies and ten bowls of popcorn later*
I was lying peaceful in my bed until I turned and a light blinded me. "No." I said and put my arms over my head. Then I sniffed the air and jumped up like a rocket. I looked around and saw that I was actually in the living room. I may have to switch out my bed for that bean bag, that's just how comfortable it is. I ran into the kitchen and sat down. Jordan was just staring at me and Emma was cooking. "Let me guess, Abby's here?" Emma said. "Yes sirey." I said. "So when are you going off training?" I asked Jordan. "I actually don't know. Maybe around six." Jordan said. "Well we got plenty of time don't we. What do you want to do?" I asked. "Abby you slept in five hours longer than us. It's 4:27 now." Emma said. "What?! 4:27?! Why didn't one of you try to wake me up?" I asked. "I did. You shot a fire ball at me." Jordan said. "Oh." I said. "Sorry. Well at least I know why I smelled meatloaf cooking and not eggs." Emma laughed. "Come on." Emma said as she placed plates out on the table. "Dig in."

Jordan's Pov:
It was almost seven o' clock. I was starting to think that this was all a prank for the Fates entertainment. I'm just waiting for Abby and Emma to kick me out. Then when it was 6:53, a blinding light appeared. "Jordan, I hope you are ready." A familiar voice said. "Markus sir." I said as I bowed my head. "Sir." Emma said as she curtsied. "It's a pleasure meeting you Emma." Markus said. "Yo Human Torch, what's up?" Abby said. "Ah Abby, I see Bob rubbed off on you." Markus said. "Come on boy. Say your good byes and let's get going." "Um, okay. Well bye, I guess." I said. "Jordan I want you to know somethings. First off after you learn fire powers, learn light next. Then do ice and snow to get it out of the way. But make sure to light before darkness because it will make it easier. And Bob is one of the funniest of the Fates so go to him if you need a joke. See you in two weeks." Abby said and I nodded. I actually had like no idea of what she just said. "Bye Jordan. See you later." Emma said. "Bye." I said as I stepped into the portal Markus had pulled up and traveled to the place where I would be training.
Abby's Pov:
"I know I just met him, but I'm gonna miss him." Emma said. "Oh does Emma here have a crush." I said. "No I do not! It's just nice to have him to talk to. He acts like he's not even a Fate at all, like he's a normal human with fire powers." Emma said. "What about me?" I asked. "I just, I still remember about... well you know. I feel bad for it still of course and it's hard to not remember that day..." Emma said as she twilled her thumbs. "I guess I get it. I mean I'm not gonna be able to see anyone in our school again without thinking of all of that.... drama." I said. "Oh that reminds me. I called them when I woke up and said that I was sick and that you needed to finish up settling in so you couldn't make it to school. But we have to go tomorrow so I'm going to bed and I suggest you do the same." Emma said. "Bud I'm not-" I started to say before I yawned. "You're not what Abby?" Emma asked. "Oh hush hush." I said as I stood up. "Come on then." I said as we headed upstairs. After doing all of the time for bed routine we worked out over the years, we went to bed.
*Next Morning*
"Abby! Abby wake up!" Emma said as she shook me awake. "Hey! What is it?" I asked. "Time to get up." Emma said. "Nooooooo." I said as I put my pillow over my head. I heard Emma mutter something then the next thing I know, I jumped up like a bullet. "Why did you do that?!" I screamed/ asked Emma. "You wouldn't wake up so I used fire with fire, or in this case sleepiness with cold water." Emma said shrugging. "Why you-" I started and she ran downstairs. "Breakfast is done btw." She screamed. "Your forgiven." I screamed as I ran downstairs. "There is not one problem that can't be fixed with food." Emma said as she handed me a towel. "I know right." I responded. "Hurry up. We got fifteen minutes to get ready." Emma warned me. "Oh all right." I said. After we got ready, we headed off to school. Once we got there, I could instantly feel something bad happening. "Do you feel that?" I asked Emma. "Yeah. You think something bad is gonna happen?" She asked. "I know something bad is gonna happen." I said. We quickly sped walked to the school and looked around. "Nothing looks wrong through. Everyone's happily chatting away." Emma said. "No, that's not happy chatting. Something's up." I said. "Come on let's go inside." Emma said. As we walked inside people looked at us and then whispered to each other. "Um Emma." I said. "Yeah?" Emma asked. "I think the something, is us." I said. "What did you do?" She asked. "I don't know maybe they're still on about Monday." I said. "Okay well let's get our stuff before we're late." Emma said and I nodded. A group of people was waiting at my locker. "Abby." Amy snared. "Amy." I said plainly. "If you all could just move so I can get my stuff then that would be great." I said. "Oh sorry your Majesty." Amy said. "Majesty? What are you on about?" I asked. "Well while you where out, a little birdie told me who you really are." Amy said. "I'm not a queen." I said. "I know but you're a Fate." Amy said with a smirk.
Author's Note: I am going to answer all the questions you may have had through out this chapter. Yes I am ending this right here. No I have no idea why I add a picture of meatloaf in. Yes food does solve all conflicts. No an actual bird didn't tell Amy that Abby's a Fate. Yes this is the end of the Author's Note.
