What did you think of Kaden losing his dad (in the past chapter)? Or about the future new girl that will be coming in? Also, forgive the fifty shades quote but I found it amusing.

Anyway, shout out and early update dedicated to @lollipopsongs for he lovely comments and support. Thank you so much.

I WISHED I told Rekha about Joey because then, I wouldn't be stuck in front of the mirror holding up various dresses as I tried to figure out what to wear. Friday night had come in no time at all. I held up a blue dress wishing it didn't make my eyes look so grey.

It felt unfair sometimes that I'd gotten red hair of all colours. It was such a recessive colour, both my parents were blonde, so how did I end up with the blondish red hair? Times like this, I wished I could pop on a sexy red dress and absolutely woo everyone there, but I was stuck holding up colours that were definitely not close to red so I could leave my hair down.

I finally settled on a pale baby blue dress that wouldn't look so horrible with my red hair. The top part was tight, making my B sized chest look fantastic, the bottom part was not figure hugging, there was a lot of cloth there so that when I spun around, it moved away in a beautiful ring and was absolutely fantastic to dance to.

Since Joey had said we were dancing, I pulled out a grey pair of two inch heels. For make up, I wore glittery silver eyes shadow and nude lipstick. I filled in my eyebrows and used to powder to lightly contour my cheeks to give it more depth. I smiled at my reflection liking the way I looked.

I wasn't a stranger to make up, but sometimes with a little change, I could see results I liked. I moved getting ready to leave grabbing everything I thought I needed. As I was about to leave when I noticed something I missed.

I turned around to see a messy haired Kaden, shirtless and standing in his own room. I looked out of the window, wondering briefly, how he always seemed to be peering into my room. The said boy raised an eyebrow. When I didn't respond, he looked down. Seconds later, he looked up again, my phone beeped.

Rolling my eyes, I turned down to spot the message on my phone,

Going out Princess?

My lips curled slightly, he never called me princess before. I typed a message quickly on my phone, when I sent it, I looked at the window, where he was watching me.

None of your fucking business ;)

He opened his phone, then he laughed. His eyes crinkling up and lips turned up in a beautiful smile I've rarely seen him wear. I took several steps forward wanting to record the genuine laughter. He looked at me, then shook his head smiling genuinely.

Whatever princess, stay safe.

My heart beat speed up slightly. Our eyes met when I looked up. Then he looked down to his phone. My phone vibrated again.
