I carried Aaron through the door, and Joe started tugging on my skirt.

"Mama? Smoothie?" He asked intently. I looked over at Scott, and he took Stuart's hand and walked him into the kitchen.

I take Aaron upstairs, and look into a photo on the wall. It takes me back.

It's the photo of Scott and I at graduation, and it makes me smile. That's when I knew he maybe was the one.

I set Aaron down, and feed him, then put him in his crib.

I close my eyes after sitting in the rocking chair, and think.

*5 YEARS LATER*

I wake up, and Joe and Aaron are sprinting through out the house.

I get up and go into our daughter, Rachel's room. She climbs out of her toddler bed, and laughs at me.

"Mommy your hair." She jokes. I look at her, and smile.

"Baby, mommy has bad hair days sometimes."

I can hear Scott get up and yell at the boys to be quiet.

"JOE AND AARON HOYING SHUT UP!"

I giggle to myself, and get Rachel dressed.

We walk downstairs, and I walk back up to change. Rachel had started eating breakfast.

Joe was now 9, Aaron, 7 and Rachel 4.

It was scary. My kids where growing up so fast.

I came back down and Scott was in his suit, ready to go to work.

"I love you." He got up and kissed me, then walked outside.

The kids where eating their cereal, and Rachel was giggling at Joe because he kept making funny faces.

Joe, was the jokester. He made all this jokes, and would keep people laughing. He plays lacrosse, swims, plays basketball, and runs. He is a crazy kid.

Aaron, preferred swimming only, but he was more of an artistic person.

Rachel, I don't know. She's still pretty nuts.

The kids finish, and we all like in the car to take them to school.

I drop off Rachel at pre-school, then the boys at elementary school. Now- my alone time for the whole day.

I clean when I get home, and run errands. It's fun I guess.

The boys get off the bus at 3, and I need to get Rachel at 1.

I pick her up, and she is carrying a new piece of art.

"Here mommy!" She laughs.

She drew a family photo, and she even included Aaron and Joe's crazy curly hair.
I don't know where they got it from.

I smile, and pull out onto the road.

The boys come home an hour later, and get started on Hw.

I then think. My kids- starting to have responsibility- they grow up way too fast.
