"Thanks for tonight! I had a great time" Joanna beamed and tackled Drake in a hug. He looked pretty startled actually, but took advantage of the situation, placing his hand on her but. It didn't go unnoticed, as Dani got a jealous expression on her face.

"How are we gonna get home?" Dani interrupted and pushed Joanna aside before squeezing Drake herself.

"I'll drive you girls home!" Drake said with open arms. "Don't worry, my parents aren't home, I'll borrow their car" he started walking down the street expecting the girls to follow. But not me.

"I'm gonna catch a cab" I mumbled but Luke got a hold of my shoulder.

"I'll drive ya" he insisted licking his lower lip, hoping it would captive me. At least he tried.

"I'll walk, it's not that far" I finished off wiggling my shoulder out of his grip.

"I'll drive you" the persuasive tone in his voice had a way of intimidating me. I lowered my head in a nod, letting out a sigh.

The walk to his house was silent. Neither of us saying anything.

"I can just ask my folks to pick me up" I suggested, breaking the silence. He had been looking at his feet the howl time, but as my words popped out, he lifted his head to look at me.

"It's fine, I'll drive you" he said, and his lips formed in a tender smile. I was surprised by how innocent he looked in that very moment, and I'm sure he realized it too. Because the once so harmless smile, gradually change into another one of his cheeky smirks. I looked away.

In the dim lights, he looked like some kind of creep who would silently push you to the ground, rape you and then cut your throat. He would have been a very handsome rapist though. What am I thinking? Shake it off!

He showed the way to his garage, revealing a pretty crappy looking yellowish car. He seemed a little ashamed as he opened the car door for me, wrinkling his eyebrows. Despite it's looks, the car was pretty pleasant on the inside, and it smelled of fresh mint, with a hint of smoke. The seats were rather comfy too, which made the situation a little less uncomfortable for me.

"Don't worry, I'm 18 so.." he stopped in his words, biting the tip of his lip. I think he must have seen the puzzled look on my face, because he answered my question before I even asked it.

"I dropped out" his voice died away. I could tell that it bothered him to speak about it.

"I get it" I said, trying to support him. He didn't reply, he just kept his eyes on the road, and started the car.

The same silence that followed us on the walk came creeping back. We weren't far from my place now. He sped up a bit, taking a sharp turn, causing his cap to fall off, landing in between my feet. He was about to lean over to pick it up but I paused him.

"Let me get that for you" I said, retrieving the piece of clothing from the floor. I don't know if it's the fact that he had to bend down between my legs to get it, or that I badly wanted to touch his untidy hair that made me stop him.

The soft fabrics felt warm in my hands. His warmth. I gently positioned the cap back on his head, my hand barely brushing past his hair in the process. On purpose.

There was my house, and he stopped the car right outside the gates to my garden.

"Thanks for the ride" I smiled opening the car door again.

"Hold on a second" he interjected, grabbing my wrist with one of his soft yet rough hands. He drew me closer, making me trip forwards. I fumbled with my free arm looking for balance.

"You have to give me a proper goodbye first" he beseeched, pulling me a few inches closer. His fingers trailed my cheek before cupping my chin, then tilting my head to the side, making me wince. I could feel his warm breath hit my bare neck as he brushed his lips past my ear. I froze, not able to move a muscle.

His head dipped, plump lips connecting with my skin. I jerked away in protest, but he only pulled me closer, nipping at my skin. To my great relief he let go, and I quickly backed off, almost stumbling out of the car before hurrying to the door to my house.

As I was laying in the bed later that evening, my cheeks were still tingling with heat. I had left him in a hurry, forgetting about everything around me. Including my bag. I had forgotten my bag in his car.

I mentally cursed, rolling over to my left side. And how did he know where I lived? I never told him. Those questions never occurred to me when I was in the car with him. But now it was the only thing I could think of. And what was even worse was that my phone was in there. What if he got hold of my number? Then he would never leave me alone. Deep inside me, I had a feeling of pleasure. In a way, I wanted him to have my number.

My thoughts wandered to my best friend Evelyn. What would she say to this? Dani was probably boasting about her night all over Facebook, and there was just a matter of time before the news got to Evelyn. But she would understand wouldn't she? This wasn't my fault. Well, maybe partly mine, but she wouldn't reproach me would she?
