Reagan POV

"What are you talking about, Zayn?"

My heart was pounding in my chest, and if looks could kill, I would be 6 feet under right now. I know that Zayn didn't slip up and tell Louis on purpose, but I couldn't help but hate him right now. And, by the look on Louis's face, he hated me too.

"Oh, now you're interested into what I have to say?” Zayn smirked.

"What are you talking about?” Louis repeated.

Zayn looked at me, almost as if asking me if it was okay. I didn't really have a choice. I did kiss Zayn back, and I knew if I asked him to lie, he would get suspicious. Hiding my face in my lap, I avoided eye contact with the both of them.

"I kissed Keating about a week and a half ago."

"I know. Niall told me."

"I should've known. So, why are you asking me about this anyway?"

"He didn't tell me that she kissed you back. Neither did she."

"They probably didn't think it was any of your business, which it isn't."

"You're right", Louis scowled, "She and I aren't together, so I don't have a right to know. Do I, Reagan?"

I didn't bother answering, knowing it would only piss him off more. We stayed in silence for about 20 more minutes, and I desperately tried to get my phone to get signal. I couldn't even connect to the wifi to text one of the boys.

"Code Red. We have a Code Red in the hospital. Code Red."

None of us moved, confused as to what that meant. I hope that didn't mean there was someone with a weapon in the building because we were pretty much screwed.

"I'm sick of this", Zayn said.

He walked towards the door, and I rolled my eyes. Unless he was going to magically turn into the Hulk, the door wasn't going to open.

"There's no-."

Zayn turned the knob, cutting me off, and it opened.

"I thought you said it was locked?” he raised an eyebrow at me.

"She did", Louis stood up, walking towards the exit, "But we trusted her enough to not check the door."

"So, we've been in here for an hour and a half for nothing?” Zayn scoffed.

"Yeah", Louis begin to walk out, "all because we trusted her. Believe me. I won't make that same mistake again."

Even Zayn didn't miss the double meaning in Louis's words, but he kept his comments to himself. Before glaring at me once more, Louis stormed off towards the room that Liam was in.

"What's his problem?"

I avoided looking at Zayn, afraid that I would give something away.

"I don't know."

It was obvious that he didn't believe me, but he also didn't seem that interested. Turning around, he headed in the direction that Louis had gone. I followed after, not thinking about Louis and how pissed he probably was at me. When I turned the corner leading to Liam's room, I saw nurses and doctors swarming around him.

"Someone help him!"

"Ma'am, you just had a baby. I'm gonna have to ask you to sit back down!"

"Dickwad, don't tell me what to do! What is wrong with my husband?"

I immediately rushed over and tried my best to get in the room. I caught a glance of Liam being lifted onto a stretcher and Kadin frantically trying to get over to him.
