Noah's POV
"You heard that right?", I said to Andy. We've been listening to Carter for a while now, we fell asleep and when we woke back up Carter was with the boss.
"No shit I heard that. Why the fuck hadn't I seen it earlier?",Andy says frantically.
"What do you mean?"
"That Kairi chick, I knew she looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. I saw her talking to Carter one day and knew something was up". Andy starts typing on her computer and from the looks of it she is having a panic attack.
"Kairi has been M.I.A recently".
"Should we call the team?", she asked.
"Yeah, and tell them the final phase will happen tomorrow".

Carter's POV
"B-But why?"
She laughs horrendously. "Poor Carter, so helpless and pathetic. You did nothing, it's your boyfriend we have the problem with".
"Well I could've told you that, dipshit. I meant why are you using me. Why not just get Noah?".
She lifted her eyebrows and scoffed. "You want your boyfriend captured?".
"If it gets me out of this hell hole then why not, I was cheating on him anyway".
"With who?".
"Aiden".
"Well why don't we put that to the test", she takes out her walkie-talkie and presses a button. "Send Aiden to the Bosses Office".
We wait a few minutes and then suddenly Aiden emerges from somewhere in the building.
"You wanted to see me?", Aiden asked his eyes widening when he saw me.
I smirk. "Geez, who else is in this gang?"
"W-What are you doing here?", he asked.
"Why don't you ask your colleagues", I motion towards the 'boss' and Kairi.
Aiden raises his eyebrows at Kairi. "Well?"
"It's none of your business. Anyways I need to know something", Kairi takes a dramatic pause. I roll my eyes and suck my teeth. "Have you and Carter been secretly seeing each other behind Noah's back?"
Aiden looks at me for a second and then turns around and nods.
"Well, let's just see how true this is...Kiss".
I grimace at the thought and almost puke but I do it nonetheless, for the sake of the plan. Aiden slowly walks towards me and I get up to meet him halfway. He kisses me softly for awhile and then deepens the kiss. He soon starts nibbling on my neck and whispers in my ear.
"You have to seem like you're enjoying this if you want to make it believable".
He goes back to kissing my lips again and this time I put my hands in his hair and pull his neck looking as if I want to deepen the kiss. Aiden whispers in my ear again : "Follow my lead".
He slips his hands inside my shirt on my sides so I grab the hem of his shirt and tug. We pull back and I slip his shirt over his head.
"Okay, I think we get it", Kairi interrupts but the boss is sitting there smirking. "Aiden put on your shirt and take Carter back to her cell".
"Whatever, come on". Aiden drags me out the room holding hands and when we get far enough he starts talking. "Good news, now that they think we been messing around they won't kill you".
"Aiden, I can't thank you enough but I'm still mad at you".
"For what?"
"Kissing me in the school hallway, almost ruining my relationship, being a part of his gang, and just being you".
"Haha, very funny, but I had too it was apart of the job".
"What job".
"Protecting you".
"Hmm?", I ask curiously.
"Let's just say, I was enlisted secretly. When this is done I'll tell you". I nod in agreement. "Now if this is going to work out, I need to tell you the plan".
"I already have a plan".
"Yeah, but mine is better, now listen...".
