I woke up to the scent of salty air, the sound of the waves crashing, and the bright warm light coming from outside the balcony. I rolled over to my side and found out that Chase is still sleeping like a baby. He's still half-naked as he's wrapped himself with sheets. I smiled at him and kissed his nose before standing up and taking a stretch outside.

The clear blue skies greeted me as I approached the balcony, with its color perfectly matching that of the ocean – the view is breathtaking but not as breathtaking as the one I saw the first thing I opened my eyes

Just as I got out of the shower, I was surprised that the bed was already empty.

"Hmm, Chase must've gone out." I told myself.

"Good morning! I thought you already went out

"Good morning! I thought you already went out." I smiled as I walked up to him.

"Nah. I was actually hoping you'd wake me up."

"Oh? Well, you were sleeping like a baby. I didn't wanna disturb you."

"So you just decided to kiss my nose instead?" Chase smirked.

"Yeah, coz I thought you wouldn't notice." I grinned as I traced his perfectly carved chest.

"You remember anything about last night?" Chase asked.

"Umm, a little?"

"Are you sure?"

"Okay, maybe the latter part of everything that happened." I grinned.
