After everyone had gone to bed, I looked to my sisters. "I'm not really tired."

Rhapsody shook her head. "Me neither. Can we watch some TV?"

I looked to Melody for a reply. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "That's fine with me."

We sat on our fold out bed and turned on the TV. I flipped through the channels until I stopped on one of the local news channels.

On the screen, they showed an outdoor stadium full of people cheering. A woman suddenly appeared with a microphone in her hand.

"Things are big at the stadium tonight. A local boy band is making their grand debut in hopes of earning their place in the music industry. Already having tons of fans within the city, these young talents are hoping to rise up as stars. Within the next few hours, we'll see if their practice has paid off."

My eyes were wide and I had a large grin plastered on my face as I listened intently to every word. I began to chuckle to myself, causing my sisters to look at me in confusion.

"This is our chance, girls. We can awaken our true forms once more. Think of the power. This is perfect! Let's go!"

I got up, rushing for the door. I quickly stopped when I realized my sisters weren't following me. I slowly turned toward them.

"What's wrong? Come on, you two."

They looked at each other before Melody finally asked, "What about the others?"

I narrowed my eyes. "What about them?"

"Well, they're our friends. Shouldn't we tell them where we're going?"

"Tch, why would we? This arrangement was only temporary. We just needed to wait for an opportunity to come our way."

They didn't say anything. They simply looked from each other to the floor nervously, not moving an inch. My eyes widened slightly when I realized what was going on.

"You two have grown too attached. You're letting your feelings get in the way of our hunt for power."

Rhapsody butted in, saying, "Don't you think there's more to our lives than power? I mean, who really cares anymore? We've got it good here."

Melody nodded in agreement. "Yeah. These people took us in. They like us and we like them, some more than others."

I frowned. "So is this it then? After everything we've been through, you two will just leave me behind for this bunch? These...monsters...didn't take us in, they kidnapped us and gave us no choice but to submit to them."

Rhapsody shrugged slightly. "But wasn't that for our own good? They were so nice to us and they gave us a place to stay."

I sighed in frustration. "Fine. I'll go by myself then."

I turned to leave when I heard Melody's voice. "But you won't be able to do it on your own. If the cops catch you, you won't stand a chance. If you insist on going, then we're going with you."

I grinned triumphantly and began leaving, hearing them following behind. "Hmph, I knew you couldn't deny me. The three of us stick together, no matter what."

We quietly left the woods and entered the city. We walked down the dark streets to the stadium. We could already hear the screaming fans and the music playing.

We soon stood among the crowds, watching the band onstage. We listened to them play until the curtains closed. We made our way backstage while the crowds cheered for an encore.

We stayed quiet and hidden in the dark, listening to the band members talking. "Good job, everyone. I think we did great."

"Oooh, I so hope we can get into the big leagues."

"I think we have a shot. Let's just keep it up and we'll definitely get far in our future career."

"Yes! I can't wait! We're good at what we do."

I giggled and smirked. "Amateurs."

They all turned our way as we emerged from the darkness. The leader of the band glared at us. "How'd you get back here? Get out of here."

I giggled again. "You're funny. But there's no way you're ever going to become stars."

He rose an eyebrow. "And why's that?"

"Because you won't make it through the night."

We quickly devoured their souls before dragging their bodies away from the stage. I could still hear the demand for an encore, so I turned to my sisters.

"Let's give the audience what they want."

Ben's pov

I yawned as I made my way downstairs. I'm really craving some pizza right now. Going through the living room, I noticed the TV was on.

"Are you girls staying up late watching TV?"

There was no reply. I went around the couch to see their empty bed. My eyes widened and I looked around in the living room and kitchen before rushing upstairs.

"Oh no, this is bad."

After waking up the entire house, we searched around for any clues as to where the girls went. Slender stood in the middle of the living room, facing the TV when he spoke.

"Look at this."

We all turned our attention to the TV. It looked like the girls were watching a concert before they left. As the crowds cheered for an encore, the curtains parted to reveal the three sirens.

Slender immediately told us, "All of you go after them. Capture them."

Harmony's pov

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have a special announcement for you tonight. Your favorite little boy band will no longer be able to play for you."

The audience erupted in quiet murmurs. With my microphone in hand, I easily spoke over them.

"Do not be disappointed. The Siren Sisters have taken their place. We will give you a performance you will never forget."

The music we set up started for us to begin our song.

(Rhapsody)
"There's only two types of people in the world
The ones that entertain, and the ones that observe
Well baby I'm a put-on-a-show kinda girl
Don't like the backseat, gotta be first (oh, oh)"

(Melody)
"I'm like the ringleader
I call the shots (call the shots)
I'm like a firecracker
I make it hot
When I put on a show"

(Harmony)
"I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins
Spotlight on me and I'm ready to break
I'm like a performer, the dance floor is my stage
Better be ready, hope that ya feel the same"

(All)
"All eyes on me in the center of the ring
Just like a circus
When I crack that whip, everybody gonna trip
Just like a circus
Don't stand there watching me, follow me
Show me what you can do
Everybody let go, we can make a dance floor
Just like a circus"

We stopped right there and sucked in every soul in the audience. Corpses littered the stadium as I felt my transformation.

I laughed maniacally, feeling my feet lift off the floor as my powerful wings kept me up. I examined my clawed hands before looking back at my sisters.

Neither of them seemed as overjoyed as I was, in fact, they both had frowns on their faces. My laughter ceased and I looked at them questioningly.

"What's the matter with you two? How can you be so down when you can feel so much energy flowing through you?"

Melody rubbed her arm, averting her gaze. "I don't know. It feels a bit more...lonely than before."

I smiled and moved closer, placing my hand on her shoulder. "Is that all? Don't be ridiculous, Melody. You're never alone."

She gave me a slight smile. I backed away from her and said, "Now come on, let's have some fun."

I flapped my wings and flew up into the sky and away from the stadium, hearing my sister's wingbeats behind me.
