                  {Don't play the song yet!}

                  Aphmau walks ahead of you by a good couple of feet. You herd the Chicken Shaman along in silence. Once you return to Phoenix Drop, Aphmau orders you to wait for her at her house while she speaks privately with Garroth. Levin pulls on your armor and asks you to play with him. Aphmau walks in with Garroth just as Levin starts yawning.

                   "I think it's time for someone to go to bed." Zoey says picking up Levin and carrying him downstairs. You start putting away the blocks you and Levin had been playing with, trying with all your might not to meet Aphmau's eyes. She clears her throat.

                 You slowly turn to meet her gaze. Her eyes glow in the pale dusk light (They still hadn't fixed the roof on her house.) Garroth leans against the wall. You look at your feet, not that Aphmau or Garroth could see this, you still had your helm on. You wait. And wait. And wait.

                   "Why?" Aphmau finally breaks the lasting silence, but she doesn't have the usual kindness in her voice. Instead it's pure rage. "Why didn't you come with us!? If you hadn't been such a coward, Laurence would still be here!" Her eyes water. Anger blurs your vision. If there was one thing you hated the most, it was being called a coward.

                    "Excuse me?" You cross your metal covered arms. "Your the ones who left me behind!" Aphmau steps closer.

                    "Us? You were the one who hesitated at the gate, then the portal, and when we were on the bridge, you were gone! Then you appear suddenly out of no where at the bottom of the stairs! And-And Laurence stayed behind! You heard him scream just the same as I did! He..." She pauses lowering her voice to a hurt whisper. "He's gone..."

                    "I have my reasons for halting! You don't know every little detail about me! Boldof was talking to me! That's why I waited before entering the portal! And as for in the nether, I..." You remembered that Garroth was here. You choose your next words carefully. "I fell into the Soul Sand."

                  Aphmau slams you into the wall behind you. You gasp. "Soul Sand just slows you down. And you would have been right next to the path. You could have easily gotten up or called for us." You shove her back.

                  "Don't you think I tried that? I'm not stupid!"

                 "Watch your tone." It was Garroth who spoke this time. "And you will NOT shove Lady Aphmau around like that again. Understood?" Aphmau wipes her eyes. "Now, why were you really delayed?"

                 "I-I can't tell you." You whisper.

                "Why not? Hmm?"

                 "I can't with him in the room, Aphmau." You plead desperately. "Could we talk in private?"

                 "No." She steps closer to Garroth. "Whatever you have to say to me, you can say to Garroth too."

                  You take a deep breath in. You feel you right eye starting to glow a faint red, like it does when your angry. "Fine." You start from the top. About you the souls wrapping around your arms. Garroth rudely interrupts.

                   "Soul sand doesn't do that. And what about what Boldof stopping you to talk? What did he say?" You stay silent. "We're waiting."

                    "I-I can't...I won't tell you. Aphmau, maybe. But not some spoiled little prince." You whisper the last part so that Aphmau can't hear. If you were going down, you'd drag someone down with you. Garroth steps back, clearly shocked. "Now, if I'm not going to get to talk to Aphmau privately, then can I go home? It's late and I have morning patrol. You know that, Garroth."
