Hey guys! I had an error {No joke intended} and chapter 10 deleted itself. I will re-write it later.

The group of you peer into the camp. You sniff the air, but the horses sent is messing with your nose. You try to block out the rest of the group's talking. You hear a stick snap. You quickly shift and jump in front of Garroth. The gray wolf's teeth sink into your side. You howl in pain as he shakes you around in his mighty jaws. He releases you and you slam into a tree. He stands over you as his companions surround your friends. He howls.

"(Y/N)? Is that you?" You whimper as you try, and fail, to stand. He laughs. "Oh, how the mighty have fallen." He turns his attention towards Garroth, ordering him to be brought towards you. Garroth struggles but eventually gives in as they threaten Aphmau. The gray wolf gestures to Garroth.

"Is this him?" He asks. You stay silent. He laughs. "Is this the boy you gave up your humanity to save? How pathetic. I suppose he's your mate then?" You lunge out, trying to bite him, but the wolf steps back.

"HE'S NOT MY MATE!" You claw the wolf's shoulder. He doesn't fight back. He laughs. "Oh? Really? Was it that naive he-wolf Doyati?" Your silence gives you away. He laughs yet again. "You really are weak!" You go to lunge again, but Garroth steps in front of you.

"Leave her alone! You-You filthy mut!" He shouts. The wolf orders Garroth to step aside, again using Aphmau as leverage. The wolf strikes you, again and again. He bites the scruff of your neck and slings you into a tree again. You're knocked out.

You stir. Garroth is leaning over you in the dank smelling holding cell.

"(Y/N)?" He calls once more. Your eyes flutter open, reveling that your contacts had fallen out and your eyes were now (E/C) again. He holds a ripped cloth to your still bleeding side. A red headed witch in the cell next to yours reaches her arm out holding a pink potion.

"It's not much, but it should help her." Laurence reaches out and takes it. He hands it to Garroth, who sits you upright against the wall. He unscrews the lid and puts the bottle to your lips. The liquid trickles down your throat. You cough and lean forward onto Garroth's shoulder. He catches you and returns you to your original position.

"What, what was that?" You cough again. The witch completely ignores you and turns to Aphmau talking in hushed voices.

"(Y/N), I'm so sorry," Garroth looks away with a look you recognize with shame. You squeeze his shoulder, weakly mind you. You blink again, and find yourself drifting off to sleep. Your hand slides back to your side and the world darkens around you.

(Y/N)'s hand falls off my shoulder. Looking back I can see her snoring softly and peacefully. It's still strange to see her with black hair instead of (H/C). In the cell across for us Lady Aphmau chugs down the spider soup just before Lucinda splashes her with the potion. A small gray wolf now stands where Aphmau stood. (Y/N) stirs in her sleep.

"Good luck m'lady." I whisper and sit next to (Y/N). We wait. She returns a few moments later in full sprint. She flips both switches and grabs Logan in a golden lasso. Laurence and I try to wake her.

"It's no use," Lucinda stands behind us with Bigglesworth resting on her shoulder. "She's out cold, and rightfully so. If I heard correctly she-" I turn my back on the witch.

"Laurence," I say. He gives a small nod. He picks up (Y/C) under her arms and puts her on my back. I grab her legs and Laurence puts her arms around my neck. Aphmau laughs softly as I emerge carrying (Y/N) piggyback style. (Y/N) wakes shortly and tightens her grip around my neck. She then falls back to sleep. Aphmau saddles her horse. Laurence takes (Y/N) and puts her on my horse. I sit behind her, with a little distance so it's not weird.

We ride until we arrive at Lucinda's house. I pick her up again and walk her inside. Lucinda lays down two beds. One for Logan, the other for (Y/N). I set her down and take the bloody rag from her side. The bleeding had stopped, which was good. She stirs in her sleep.

"Nicole..." She mutters in her slumber. I pull up a chair and sit next to her. I rub her cold arm. She turns over towards me. "Doy?" Her eyes open the slightest bit. I close them. "Shh, just rest for now." She smiles.

"I love you, Doy." She snores softly again. I smirk. Black mail for days. Aphmau walks in, ber beautiful eyes burning with their usual spark. Her raven black hair blows behind her as she walks on her tiny legs.
"How is she?" (Y/N) turns in her sleep again. "Oh."
I smile, though Aphmau can't see this. Aphmau puts a hand on my shoulder.
"How are you?" I stay silent. She sighs and turns. As if for dramatic effect, she throws her arms in the air. "MEN!"
I turn back towards (Y/N). Her eyes, back to their original (E/C), are open now. She blinks at me and tries to sit up. I act on instinct.
"Oh, no you don't," I say pushing her back down, holding her shoulders. Lucinda choose an awkward time to walk in. She stops, eyeing me and (Y/N) with her red eyes. She smiles in an amused manor.
"Is this a bad time?" I quickly realize what she was implying and let go of (Y/N).
"Get your mind out of the gutter, Lucinda!" I say and (Y/N) goes a very bright shade of red. Lucinda shrugs.
"Can you blame me? I mean, she risked her life for you, you almost got killed for asking them to let her live, you carried her to the horses, you ast her on your horse, in front of you I might add. You even carried her in here!"
"And then, I find you leaning over her like that! Tell me, can you honestly blame me?"
"YOU DID WHAT?!?"

(Your POV)

Lucinda wraps the last of your bandages around your torso where the wolf had bitten you. You pull down you new white shirt Lucinda had lent you.
"You be careful, now," she says. "I don't want my ahirt ruined by thoose idiots in Pikoro Village." You smile and walk downstairs to join Aphmau.
