Mia's POV.
The birds chirping and the sun shining through my window was the first thing I awoke to, but it wasn't the greatest.
Most people would probably be mesmerised by something so natural, so beautiful. Having the optimistic feeling that this is a good day just because the weather is nice. But me? I was mesmerised by the natural beauty with the tattooed arms wrapped around my waist.
I shifted in his embrace so I was facing him, taking in his sleeping state. His normally quiffed hair was laying flat against his forehead, resting just above his fluttering eyelids. His lips slightly parted with each steady breath that escaped his plump lips.
There was slight stubble upon his face having not shaven in a few days and I couldn't help but run my fingers across his check, smiling when the corner of his lips tugged up, seemingly content. I let my fingers continue down his neck, towards his chest. I traced the ink that decorated his toned chest, giggling when running them over his nipple making him shiver.
"You better fucking stop that." He whispered, scaring me half to death. I looked up to see his eyes still closed but a smile was now upon his face.
I ran my finger tip over his nipple once again before replying. "Or what?"
"Oh, baby girl, you don't wanna know." He spoke, his morning voice more noticeable now he wasn't whispering and it had my breathing increasing from how hot it sounded. His eyes were also open and staring back into mine, warning me not to argue.
I giggled that girly giggle I seem to be doing more and more since I've been around Luke. Upon hearing my giggle, Luke grinned and pulled me close to his chest, wrapping his arms tighter around me. I rested my head on his chest, closing my eyes again.
"What are you going to do today, Princess?" Luke asked after a few minutes of us lying in a comfortable silence. I thought for a moment before answering.
"I don't know. I don't really want to do anything. Can we just lie in bed all day?" I hoped Luke would agree because I liked being in Luke's arms and hearing Luke's voice and seeing his smile. I just liked Luke, to be honest.
"I really wish I could, baby, but I've got to met someone in a little while." He looked down at me with a sympathetic smile. I couldn't even try to hide my disappointment, for my face instantly fell.
I don't know why I was so gutted that Luke was going to leave me so he could meet up with someone else. Who else would he rather spend his time with? My first thought was that it was going to be that blonde girl he keeps talking to and my jealousy was quick to take over.
"Who are you meeting?" I asked, narrowing my eyes to let him know I wanted an honest answer. I wasn't going to put up with Luke constantly lying to me.
Luke laughed, his head falling back against the pillow.
"Don't worry, Princess, it's not a girl." He continued to laugh, water starting to gather in the corners of his eyes.
"I didn't think it was." I huffed. I couldn't let him know that is exactly what I thought.
"Sure, whatever you say." He rolled his eyes in a playful manor.
"So who are you meeting?" I asked again, but in a much softer tone than before. I didn't want him to think I was pestering him, I just wanted to know if I could go with him or not. If he was going to see the boys, I don't see the problem with me tagging along.
"I don't want you to worry about that." He responded. His serious tone made me even more curious and I knew that there was nothing that was going to stop me getting the answer I so desperately wanted.
