"Kyo-Kun. I have an Idea," I whispered. I bent down a fraction to whisper in his ear. "Medical box, you remember the stealth we used last time?" A wicked grin spread across my face and a dark lurking aura dripped from my figure.
"Wonderful thinking Aki. Let me work on it now." Kyouya pushed up his glasses.
The entire host club stared with nervous eyes, "those two are like partners in crime," the twins shivered while the rest of the members nodded.
-
"Why, of course. If you will allow us to cover you, we will observe your conditions!" The club president, Akira agreed.
"Well then, you may start tomorrow. How is that bump on your forehead doing?" Kyouya questioned, standing in front of the desk while I, standing beside him, held a medical box.
"Oh, this little thing is no big deal. On the contrary, it's because of this bump that we have come together, so I am grateful for it." He smiled.
"We are incredibly sorry about it," I smiled gently. "Please at least use this medication, by a way of apology by Kyouya and I. My behaviour earlier was uncalled for so I do apologize," I used my charm and bowed slightly. I opened the box on top of his desk and showed the president the contents.
"This is a first-aid treatment set, made by my family's company," Kyouya informed an unnatural smile on his face. There go a hundred penguins...
"Thank you so much."
"Well, if you'll excuse us," we started walking off.
"Oh, Ootori-kun, you come from the family of the Ootori group, the ones who make medical equipment, right?" Akira questioned and Kyouya stopped.
"Our main occupation is hospital administration." He turned around.
"I am so glad that we have come together. My father is the president of Komatsuzawa Publishing."
I gave Akira a hard side-ways glance and answered before Kyouya, "yes, we are aware of that. Are you serving as Newspaper Club president to prepare you for when you take over for him in the future?"
"Yes, well, I have this younger brother, you see. He is quite a bright lad, too. Father plans to turn all management of the publishing firm over to my brother. Passing over me, the older brother," Akira bit his thumb in aggravation, "however, if I am able to serve out my third year at Ouran Academy as the president of the Newspaper Club, he may reconsider, and make me a candidate to succeed him in the future."
Well, by the way, your over-crowded office full of newspapers looks, you better find some other way to be successful. Kyouya and I were just turning around as he continued. "Do you understand? I cannot allow this club to disband, no matter what."
"Excuse me." Kyouya and I said unanimously in monotone. We stepped out the stuffy Newspaper Club room.
- 3rd Person -
President, were you trying to curry favour with Ootori Kyouya and Suoh Tamaki's younger sibling?" The blond, bowl cut haired boy asked wearily.
"Yes. My only foe is Annette's brother, Tamaki. I was going to use the power of the school newspaper to become a popular figure on campus, but then... Suoh Tamaki butted in with his Host Club, and garnered all that popularity in the blink of an eye." Akira stood up and peered out the window upon Ouran's grassy grounds.
"Even before the Suoh's enrolled at this school," Bowl cut started.
"We had heard that the President's newspaper was unpopular. " The tall black haired guy finished.
