"Hey Haruhi, have you ever questioned your entire life and the existence of others?" My question was responded with a raised eyebrow from Haruhi.

"Like, why does food taste as good as it does? Why does mother nature have to be such a bitch every month to females, why not be a bitch to guys too? Why are some of the sexiest guys the biggest dickheads to walk on Earth? Why are monolids so bloody sexy? Why can't my life be more simple than this?" I yelled, and the entire class that sat next to me flinched in their seats.

I waved an apology.

"I don't know," Haruhi deadpanned next to me, "maybe because you're Tamaki's sister. You know what odd things happen around him, maybe you gained that trait as well."

"What a strange but reasonable cognition," I muttered turning my head to the side and staring out the windows of the school. My cheek rested on my hand, the cool wind that blew through the window drying the sweat that stuck to my hand.

"I aim to please. Besides, that whole part about monolids, I suppose you're referring to Mori-senpai?" Haruhi questioned, a dark smirk lingering on her lips just as I turned to look at her. I want to slap it off.

A feverish glow illuminated my face, "S-shut up," I stuttered.

"Shall we Haruhi-kun? Quick, quick, slow. You put your legs together at the pause," Princess Kasuga instructed Haruhi, while she and the short haired lady waltzed.

Compared to me they look like swans, while I, the ugly duckling.

I danced by myself, remembering the steps fairly well. I tripped over my feet and long legs once or twice, but caught myself just before I fell to the ground. Tamaki sat in a corner sulking, and growing mushrooms as usual.

I stretched a bit, trying to become used to such long legs. The music continued, and so I continued to dance.

"The gentleman always leads, please look at your partner closely," she smiled. Haruhi replied with a meek 'yes' before returning her attention back to her feet, ignoring Kasuga's instruction. I twirled a few times and continued waltzing.

Halfway through a spin, my back collided with Haruhi's. A loud crash resonated in the room. "Shit," I muttered before dropping my arms to my sides and turning around.

"I-I'm so sorry, Kasugazaki-san!" Haruhi flushed as she laid over Princess Kasuga.

"It's all right Haruhi-kun," she replied as sparkles glistened around them. The corner behind me felt cold.

"I'm terribly sorry about that," I stooped down and lifted Haruhi off the woman on the floor, "that was my fault. I bumped into Haruhi-kun causing him to crash into you."

I helped Kasuga up and led her over to the table, continuously apologising. She sat down and dabbed her face with a towel, "It's quite alright Aki-san."

I nodded before going back onto the floor and restarting the waltz to the song that was playing. People around me chattered as I got in to the dance.

Quick, quick, slow. Quick, quick, slow. Twirl two times, then repeat. I danced my way over to Takashi and Honey. I bashfully kept my eyes downward from the taller of the two to stop myself from remembering embarrassing memories.

I scooped Honey out of his grip before mustering up the courage to wink at the giant. God dammit, I can't help but look at him.

"Let me borrow this little devil for a moment," I smiled. I twirled and stepped with Honey in my arms. "Anything you want to confess to me Mitsu-Kitty?" I asked as his bunny was placed in between us.
