Ezra, Ruby and Shadow ran across the plains of Lothal and didn't look back. "Okay, so we basically ran away from everything. What now?" Ezra asked "Nothing. We keep moving forward" "But Shadow, they been kind to us for about 6 months and...." "We don't dwell on the past young one, only the present and futher" Shadow sighed and continued "Things change". Ruby looked to where the ship was last located and pinned her ears against her head, which was low to the ground. They continue walking until they found a cave to rest in. "Come on, it's safe. We can rest here for the night" Shadow said and layed down. Ezra and Ruby sat next to her and layed there. As they slept, Shadow was up and was staring into the plains. The moon's light was the only night light she had to see. Shadow quietly got up and around the pups. With one last look that Ezra and Ruby, she ran off. Shadow walked a good distance away so she wouldn't wake them. "Why?" Shadow thought and let out a long, sad howl in the moon light.

2 days later

"Kanan relax" "I can't Hera, they been gone for 2 days". Kanan was pacing around the living room and Hera was getting upset. "Love, if you make a hole in my ship.." Hera somewhat threaten. Kanan looked down and saw foot prints starting to form. "Hehe....Sorry Hera" "That's alright. Don't worry. They're shifters, they can take care of themselves and besides, I told fulcrum. There's people looking for them too". Kanan sighed while rubbing his face and said "I can sense them in the force". Hera just stared at her Jedi. She never seen him so worried. The last time she seen her like this was a mission they had on Gorse before they started this small team of rebels.
Do you think Sabine and Zeb found anything?" "Don't know. This is Spector 2 to Spector 4 and 5, come in 4 and 5" Hera said into her comlink. "Spector 5 here" "Did you find anything Sabine?" "No, we....wait a minute..." Kanan and Hera looked at each other. "Spector 5, what's wrong?" Kanan asked "Kanan! Hera! Zeb found tracks. You want us to follow?" "Yes and send your coordinates. We'll be there soon, Spector 1 out". Kanan realised a breath he didn't know he was holding. "We'll find them Kanan" "I hope so Hera". Hera gaved Kanan a small smile and the both of them walked to the cockpit, where Chopper was waiting and punched in Sabine's coordinates.
"There's nothing out here" Zeb said while kicking a rock. Everyone was looking for Shadow and the kids for the last 2 days, but found nothing. "Keep looking. There gotta be something around here we haven't seen" Sabine said while looking out to the plains, hoping to see 3 figures in the distance.
