Ezra's Life Continues

Chapter 11

Kanan walked into the cockpit to see Hera bring to ghost out of hyperspace. "Hera, The miss.." Kanan was interrupted by Hera jumping up and hugging him. Kanan stood shocked for a minute before hugging back. "I'm just glad your okay. Now what happened? Hera asked while letting go. "Well the mission was going flawlessly until we ran into some.....trouble" "What kind of trouble?" Hera asked raising an eyebrow.

"So Shadow, whats you been up to?" Sabine asked "Nothing much. Just messing with the empire, pulling pranks on troopers and surviving" Shadow said as she went to grab a fruit. "Beep boop beep beep" (What are you going to do now?) Chopper asked. "I think you should join". Everyone turned to see Hera and Kanan at the door way. "I....don't think I should" "Why?" Zeb asked "You have enough trouble with two shifters, you don't need more" "Hey!" Shadow turned to see Ruby and Ezra with a small glare. "We aren't that bad" Ruby said in her mind "Sure you aren't pup" We aren't pups any more Shadow. We've grownEzra added. The group waited for an answer while Hera was waiting very closely, on how they stared at each other and the tiny,small movements they make. "I shouldn't because I.....don't want to take up space and you might need someone down on Lothal for some infor on whats going on" Shadow lied. "Come on Shadow. You can never take enough space and besides, it will be nice to have another girl around" Sabine said while putting her hand on Shadow's shoulder. "What! There's 3 boys here and 3 girls too! How is there more boys than gi...Ahh! Chopper!" Ezra was cut off by chopper shocking him. "You forgot Chopper" Sabine said simple. Ezra just glared at Chopper well Zeb chuckled. "Ha! Oh kid you should've seen that coming haha! ..Karablast! Chopper!" "Chopper!" Ezra yelled grabbing his foot. Chopper shocked Zeb, ran over Ezra's foot and than bolted out of the room. "Get back here you rust bucket!" Zeb yelled as he and Ezra ran out of the room.
Minutes later all everyone could hear yelling. "I'm going to make sure the kids don't break anything and anyone" moments after Sabine said that there was a big bang and all they hear is "It's his fault"/"Beep boop" from the cargo bay. "I'll go with" Ruby said and with that the two girls walked out. "Yea like I said. You all have enough trouble have with the kids. I don't want to add more" "Shadow please" Hera said "Kanan told me what happened to your place with the bounty hunters. They'll be coming after you if you stay on Lothal". Shadow sign and replied "I'll need time to think about this" "Good" Kanan said "Come, you can sleep in the medical bay for now".

Later that night everyone was in bed, asleep but not Ezra,Ruby and Shadow. They gathered in the medical bay to talk. "Are you going to stay?" Ruby asked quietly "I'm not sure. They'll be put in even more danger". They sat in silence until Ezra broke it. "I think you should. Yes it might put them in danger but we can protect them and besides we also get a teacher" Ezra said with a smirk. "Me? teach? I don't know, I know a bit wellll..alot more than you do" Shadow said unsurely. "Shadow please. We want you to stay" Ruby said. "Yes we taught ourselves to survive in our wolf form but we only learned soooo much. I know there's plenty to learn". Shadow looked at Ezra's and Ruby's face and smiled at their looked. "Fine. I'll stay and teach you but we can't tell them. Not yet" "Okay, when? We can try to hide it but one day they might find out..." Ruby didn't finish knowing where it would lead to. "When the time is right my little pup. When the time is right" Shadow said with a smile.

"This is fulcrum. What is it Hera?" A blue hooded that was hovering over Hera's table said. "I believe that they are is what I said they were" Hera whispered, not knowing everyone was sleep. "Shadow is showing the same signs as Ezra and Ruby" "Shadow? The one that left the empire" Fulcrum asked "Yes. She's stares like Ezra and Ruby, like they're having a conversation and seems to have the abilities like Ezra and Ruby. Knowing the right timing for everything and also, she doesn't wear shoe. They all have tiny little nails that looks like claws" "Keep a close eye on them. All three of them. Try and convince Shadow to join you and we'll see happens next, good night my friend" "Good night fulcrum" Hera said and cut the transmission.
