A new day came upon her in the strange place she would now call home. Getting ready for breakfast, she showered in her bathroom and dressed in new clothes which she saw laying on her bed which were identical to the ones she wore. With a note on it, telling her to get ready and go downstairs. Opening the door surprised to see the first person she saw to be her one only enemy. They found out that their rooms were across from one another which led to their annoyance, he sighed seeing as there was no avoiding this situation. "Hello Jeffrey." She said with a menacing tone especially with the mention of his name. "Jane." He replied with the same tone. He glared at her and she reflected the act, not willing to move from their positions. In any other case she would gladly try and end him once more but seeing as her knife was still not returned she would have to avoid engaging him in combat. "Enjoying your stay?" He asked casually "Yes, they all seemed to be friendly and this place is tremendous." Although her words were of positivity she kept herself monotone and almost devoid of emotion. "Glad to hear it. Cause hopefully you would want to keep it that way." He replied almost warning her of doing something. "I met them for less than a day, I think I could sacrifice all of this just to see you die in the end. They could band me from this place for all I care." Her voice starting to get louder and show off more emotion. "Surely you underestimate them and me. Their no ordinary people Jane, some might even say their more powerful than me. We're like family, oppose one of us and you deal with the rest. So I suggest we just leave our past behind us. What do you say?" He extended his arm out, as much as he despised her, continuing their rivalry living in the same roof would be difficult, and orders are orders. "I say I won't accept that." She slapped his extended hand. "I'm willing to suffer any consequence, go through any challenge as long as you die." She added not all threatened by his warnings. "I assume that EJ already explained to you what we are, what you have gotten into and that there is no going back." He said turning towards the ddirection of the stairs. "You mean being a Creepypasta?" She looked up wondering if she really can't go back, then again what was there to go back to? She was never truly accepted there as a human, plus the fact that she killed people would have police ready to lock her up. "Yet, he never explained what actual changes happen if you become one." He added much to the girl's confusion. "Was there more to it?" Looking at him if he ever changed from the last she saw him before she was transformed into a killer. Sure he looked older but other than that nothing, infact his hair was the same length, he probably cuts it to keep it that way. "What I mean is that he never said the advantages and disadvantages you get." He continued
"For example, being a Creepypasta would require you to go out and hunt every now and then to keep your sanity in check." He explained which only confused the girl more. "Aren't you already insane?" She tilted her head to the side raising an eyebrow at him, he facepalmed at her question. "If you don't want to kill every single person in this roof then you would have to keep yourself sane, enough. And that's when killing comes in." Raising a finger, pointing upwards like a teacher would in school. "Is that the only reason you kill?" She eyed him believing there was another reason behind his merciless slaughters. "Its fun sure, the thrill the chase....the blood." He said grinning wider and wider with an insane look in his eyes that were black as coal. "And then there's keeping your story alive." He reverted back to a calm state eyes shifting to a grayish blue hue. She never saw that before, though she would always read his emotions through his eyes they would always be a black void when they encounter. "Alive?" She tilted her head once more "You want people to keep believing in your story and feel scared. If you don't go out and kill to keep your name, they would think there was no threat and eventually forget." He replied, she nodded listening to him. "You know, for someone who's going to kill me, its pretty surprising how you would willingly listen to what I'm saying." He commented crossing his arms "I don't want to cause a scene this early in the morning and I'm hungry. So let's go already." She reasoned and started to walk away, not being able to fight him was frustrating her having to act all friendly towards him. Descending down the stairs she heard people happily chatting away, she decided to follow them.
