Two killers set off to the hunt, Jeff usually leads while Jane cooperates. It was night time, when the two decided to kill, after seeing the sun set. It became a routine to them, watching the sun set with each other every time they had the chance to, and there were a lot of chances. They were currently stalking a house where a family seemed to live in. Hiding in the bushes as they surveyed the area and observed any possible entries or exits, just in case they needed to bail. "Three adults and two teenagers, is that good enough for you?" Jane turned to the smirking man who's eyes were darker than the night itself, it gave her a chilly feeling but she was used to it. After all, battling with him for years seeing his eyes like that as if in a constant state when she was around sort of got old. But seeing his eyes blue every now and then, now that's a different story. "Yup, its good enough for me. I get one adult and both the kids." He announced as he got closer to the house. The girl rolled her eyes, fully knowing that he would always want to kill the most. Following him to the targets' house.
The killer creeped towards the back door of the home. Seeing that it wasn't locked only made the killer darkly chuckle.
Going inside with Jane following behind him, it was just another day of killing for the two. Quickly finishing the kill after a few minutes they bolted out of the place. As they were running Jane was in thought about what Jeff wanted to show her. They were running towards a familiar area of the woods. She remembered to have seen this before, the portal's entrance where there was a cemetery at the front of the barrier. The killer looked for three familiar tombs, walkingg towards them with Jane following. "Your parents." She quietly stated. Jeff stopped in front of one of the tombs solemnly looking at it. Jane crouched down to read the engraved letters more clearly she immediately noticed that the name on it was Jeff's older brother Liu. "Is this what you wanted to show me?" The girl lokked up at the white hooded man expecting an answer. "Yeah, he was the one I regretted killing the most." He kneeled down next to her, caressing the engraved name. "Do you think he would forgive me?" He asked looking at the girl with pleading eyes "Ofcourse. I forgave you for almost killing me multiple times, didn't I?." This made the killer genuinely smile at her. "Then again, I wasn't exactly killed." She scratched her cheek sheepishly smiling. The added response caused the killer to lightly smack the girl's head out of annoyance. "You can't just say something that people expect you to say then take it back a second after." He commented crossing his arms "You didn't have to hit me for that, you know." She pointed out and also crossed her arms "Its not my fault your annoying." The killer teasingly smirked at her "Ha ha very funny Jeffrey." She rolled her eyes
"What made you want to go here anyways? Was it because of the movie we saw the other day?" The killer nodded "Those twins reminded me of how me and Liu were. Before all of this happened." He gestured to his.whole body. "Would you take it all back if you could?" She asked curiously "I don't know, maybe if I hadn't snapped when Randy and his goons attacked me, things wouldn't have turned out as bad, I wouldn't have killed our families and we could have even be friends without complications. Then again, if I didn't turn out this way, we wouldn't have known Slendy nor the other pastas. " Jeff explained, the answer had Jane thinking, if Slender didn't take her in and have her meet her new friends she would have said yes in a heartbeat. "Maybe things were just supposed to end this way." She sighed and stood up. "Do you have anything to say to him? I'll just wait here while your on it." She walked a few feet away, the man nodded with a smile thanking her.
As the male talked to his dear brother's grave Jane looked around the area. Looking up at the stars, she smiled. There were stars in their world too sure, but nothing beats the real thing right? One star caught her attention though, it seemed to have been bigger than the rest, heck it was almost big as the moon, which was not there actually it was a new moon that day. Let's rephrase that, it was almost as big as the moon if it was there. Blinking in confusion the star seemed to have moved and has been closer to her field of vision, getting bigger and bigger. The girl tried to wave her hand towards the floating light, she hit it. Catching it with her right hand she examined the light putting it closer to her face. Looking at it closely it resembled an insect, a firefly? But it had some sort of device attached to its back. "Watcha got there?" Jeff asked now standing behind her curiously looking at tthe insect she had in hand. "Its a firefly, but I don't think they usually have this on their backs." She pointed at the device on the creature's back. "Nah dont worry about it. Who knows what advanced technology the humans are inventing? We should just go back to Slender Mansion I think we've been in this world long enough." The man waved her off "What if its a camera recording us? Then we would have been seen already. This thing could be dangerous." She had a worried expression on her face. The man walked up to her took the bug from her grasp and crushed it with his palm, having a straight face the whole time. "There. Happy now?" He asked staarting to walk towards the portal the girl rolled her eyes and followed him behind.Little did they know that Jane was right, even though the bug was crushed the video recorded was directly sent to the office at the same time it recorded. An iinvestigator immediately caught his full atgention on the video of the killers standing up in disbelief. He called out to his older colleague, who was irritated by his call since he was sitting right next to him. "Where is this?" He demanded answers looking straight into his partner's eyes "Its near the cemetery I believe. The one near the woods, where your parents are buried." He answers not at all flinching at how his partner was acting. Liu was taken back to his senses when the graves of his parents' were mentioned. Calming down his confused brain with questions flying through it left and right. "I thought she wanted to kill him? Then why are they there together?" He looked at his partner who shrugged. "Maybe they got tired of playing cat and mouse and decided to end the chase." He stated to which Liu didn't really know how to react to. "I only want to see my brother, I believe that dealing with him is already difficult enough much more if he's with that girl." He looked at his partner asking for a suggestion. "Why dont we switch things up?" Liu looked at his partner in confusion "Huh?" He raised an eyebrow at him, he always seemed to talk in riddles or metaphors
