Day One

Night - Gym

Two guys were boxing in a boxing ring. Gabriel walked in. One of the boxers brutally punched the other, and the referee stopped the fight.

Later

One of the boxers, Luther Stubbs, was putting his stuff in a bag.

Gabriel walked toward him. "Luther Stubbs."

"Yeah," Luther answered. "Who wants to know?"

"I'm a fan," Gabriel told him. "I saw your bout in St. Louis three years ago. Bloodiest fight I've ever seen. The other boxer didn't even make it to the hospital. Died in the ring."

Luther looked down. "Yeah, well, you know. Everybody gotta go sometime."

"I wanna know what it felt like to take another life with your own hands," Gabriel told him.

"The guy didn't even cut me, man," Luther told him. "Now move."

Gabriel shook his head. "Not till I get what I came for."

"And what might that be?" Luther asked.

"Your killer instinct," Gabriel answered.

Gabriel got his crystal sword out, stabbing Luther. A bright light shone out of Luther's body, and into Gabriel's sword.

Halliwell Manor - Foyer

Parker and Poppy were standing in the foyer, looking at something, their arms crossed over their chests.

Prue and Piper walked in.

"And since it's time for Quake's yearly inventory, I have to count everything in the restaurant down to the last wissel stick," Piper told them. "It's gonna take days."

"I guess that's why you get paid the medium sized bucks," Parker told her.

"And which bucks would those be, exactly?" Piper asked.

Prue noticed that Parker and Poppy weren't looking at them. "What are you looking at?"

Parker gestured to a large, ugly marble statue in the living room. "What's wrong with this picture?"

"Besides from me not getting paid enough?" Piper asked.

"No," Parker told them. "What is Grams' statue still doing in the living room?"

"We talked about it last night, remember?" Piper asked.

"Yes, I do remember, and I thought that we agreed that it was an eye sore and she was going back to storage," Poppy told them.

"That was before I learned that storage down town is now 90 bucks a month, and storage here is free," Piper told them. "So, I called Phoebe and decided that she can stay here, and last time I checked, we were still living in democracy."
