Day One

Night - Church

A man named Brendan was speaking with Father Austin. "I wake up at night. My heart is pounding, a voice whispering in my head. 'You're a fraud. You can't fool God'."

"These are not new fears, Brendan," Father Austin told him. "I've watched you grow, wept for you, rejoiced in you. You are not a fraud. I know your heart."

Brendan shook his head. "You don't know my family, Father. Generations of evil. Evil that's in my blood."

"The blood of the sacrament washes it clean," Father Austin told him.

Brendan's brothers Greg and Paul arrived.

"Hello, Brendan," Greg told him.

Paul smirked. "Long time, no see."

"How'd you find me?" Brendan asked.

"Yeah, good to see you, too," Greg told him sarcastically. "Didn't mean to interrupt your conversation. We'll wait outside for you so we can have a family reunion."

Outside

Prue, Piper, Phoebe, Parker and Poppy were getting stuff out of a Quake van.

Prue looked at Phoebe and Piper. "Hey, you know what? The next time Quake does a food pantry, why don't you call some guys?"

"Yeah, I'll just go through my handy guy Rolodex," Phoebe told them sarcastically.

"Which I believe now stops at J for Josh, or is it B for boyfriend?" Parker asked.

"I don't wanna talk about it," Phoebe told them.

"Why not, Phoebe?" Parker asked teasingly. "You know you like him, and he calls you all the time. Why don't you just go out with him?"

"Maybe because my last relationship didn't end so well, and my instincts are telling me to lay low," Phoebe answered.

"Always trust your instincts," Piper told them.

"Whose side are you on?" Poppy asked.

They saw some nuns walk past.

"Now, they have got the right idea," Piper told them.

"Who, the nuns?" Poppy asked skeptically.

"Yep, nice safe environment," Piper answered.

"Yeah, if you like monks," Parker told them.

"Stress-free, no need to worry about guys, no wardrobe," Piper told them.

"No wardrobe?" Phoebe repeated. "Okay, now you're scaring me."

Poppy picked up a pen. "Um, whose pen is this?"

"Oh, it's, uh, Brendan's, I think," Parker answered. "You know, the cute guy who signed for the food, remember?"

"I remember him, yes," Phoebe answered.

"Good, then you can take it to him," Piper told her. "I think he's in the church office."

"Okay, just don't go taking any vows while I'm gone, all right?" Phoebe asked. Poppy handed the pen Phoebe had a premonition of Brendan getting attacked by his brothers in the church. "Oh, oh, cute guy, I just saw him being attacked by a warlock."
