Life or Death

Ant's POV
"Decky!" I yelled and I sprinted towards him. I caught his hand just in time. I just saved my best friend's life. I was so relieved.
"Ant! Please let me go." Cried Dec.
"No! I'm not letting go!" I said with tears in my eyes. I know he's had a hard life but I could help him solve all his problems. After all, I'm his best mate and I'm there to help hi,.
"You don't understand that I want this so badly! It's is the only way I can escape all my problems!" Said Dec, trying to loosen my grip but I held onto to him, even though I was finding it hard to hold him because my arm was hurting.
"You don't have to kill yourself." Is all I manage to say.
"Ant please! You will have a much easier life without me! Everyone will be so much happier without me!" Said Dec.
"I'm not listening to that rubbish! Just give me your other hand and come back to us!" I said, hoping that he would.
"I can't! I'm sorry!" He said. His hand slipped out of my grip.
"DECLAN!" I cried.  I ran down the stairs at rapid speed. I saw his body laid on the floor. He was bleeding heavily from his head and his heart. I sprinted up to him and stood over him. I to he'd his neck. There were so many bruises and cuts all over him. I cried over his lifeless body. I was shaking like mad. I got out my phone and called an ambulance. They said that they would be here in 2 minutes. I checked for a pulse and when I checked, my heart stopped beating. His heart wasn't beating....

Sophia's POV
I lifted the box from under my bed and opened it. Melissa told me that what I wanted the most would happen, but I'm not sure what she meant by that but it must be good. I opened it to see some white circles. I had no idea what they were but then I thought about it then looked like tablets. I searched it up on google and my face lit up.
"It can destroy babies? Sweet!" I said out loud but not to loud incase my mum heard me. Then I thought about it again. My dad want them but mum didn't. So I'm technically doing the right thing? I went downstairs and hid it in my pocket.
"You ok love?" Asked my mum. She was on the sofa watching TV.
"I'm making you something as a surprise!" I said happily. I was doing the right thing because that's what me mum wants, right?
"What is it?" Said my mum laughing.
"I can't tell you otherwise it wouldn't be a surprise, would it?" I say back.
"Makes sense!" Said my mum. I walked into the kitchen and made her tomato soup and to top it of, I put in the tablet. Well I put in 5 because I think it would work quicker like that.
"Tomato Soup!" I said happily. I gave it to my mum and her face lit up.
"How did you make that?" Said Lisa.
"Magic!" I said.
"Well, it looks delicious so I'll taste it now." Said mum. This was it! She took a spoon full and put it in her mouth. Then her smile faded.
"What's that?" Coughed mum.
"It's soup?" I said.
"No, you put something disgusting and crunchy in it!" Said mum.
"Oh that!" I said.
"What is it." Said my mum. I gave her the box and she read it.
"SOPHIA!! ABORTION TABLETS!" Shouted my mum.
"I thought you didn't want the twins?" I say really confused.
"WHO GAVE THESE TO YOU!?" Screamed mum.
"Melissa." I said.
"MELISSA?!" Shouted mum. I just nodded my head.
"YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE SOPHIA! DO YOU KNOW THAT?!" Shouted my mum.
"Yes..." I said. I thought she didn't want more children. When I try to help, I just get told of all the time! It's not fair!

Ant's POV
I was still waiting for the ambulance to arrive but they went here yet. So many thoughts filled up my head. Was he going to live? What type of injuries does he have?
"I don't want you do die, I want to stay." I whispered with tears in my eyes. A tear fell onto to him and then the best thing happened. His left eye opened slowly.
"Declan?" I whispered. But he closed his eye again. I must have been imagining it then. The ambulance came straight away and put him onto a stretcher and put an oxygen mask over his mouth. They took him into the ambulance and followed him in. They drove us down to the hospital. I held his hand for all of the journey. At least he was breathing now, but he was struggling to breath quite a lot.
"Operation theatre, now!" Shouted the doctor as run and they pushed him down the corridor.
"What's happening?" I say starting to panic and trying to keep up with everyone.
"He's stopped breathing again and we're having to do surgery on his brain and back." Said one of the nurses. I held his hand all he way before we got to the room.
"Mr. McPartlin, you have to wait out here for 5-6 hours now!" Said the doctor as he took Dec in. I held Dec's hand and kissed him on his cheek, because this could be the last time I see him alive. I got a phone call five minutes later from Lisa.

Lisa- Where are you?
Ant- At hospital, with Dec.
Lisa- Why?
Ant- Dec tried to commit suicide.
Lisa- What?!
Ant- He fell of a building, I tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen.
Lisa- Oh my... Guess what little miss devil has done here?
Ant- Who?
Lisa- Sophia
Ant- I don't know
Lisa- she made me soup, my favourite type of soup.
Ant- Oh, that's sweet of her.
Lisa- She put five Abortion Tablets into the soup! 5 Ant! FIVE!
Ant- And?
Lisa- And I don't want to lose the babies! I want to have the twins and I don't want to divorce you!
Ant- I don't either! I love you so much and I'm sure you'll be fine.
Lisa- what if I'm not though?
Ant- if I were you, I'd go to the doctor or ring your mum about it, ok love?
Lisa- ok then bye
Ant- bye.

So now I'm stuck here for around 6 hours waiting to se if my best friend is going to live. It's up to him now. It's a matter of life and death....
