Dec's POV
I knew for a fact that Sophia didn't need the toilet. I knew for a fact that she was jealous and mad. She feels like her mam and dad are replacing her when they obviously weren't. So I decided to go and talk to her.
"I just need the bathroom, I'll just be one minute!" I say as I get up. I feel bad leaving Lisa by herself but I have to have a word with Sophia.
"You as well?" Asked Lisa.
"I promise I won't take long!" I say, walking up the stairs. Lisa went to the kitchen to see how Ashely was getting on with making lunch. I walk upstairs and wonder which bathroom she would be in, because we've got two toilets. Then I have this weird feeling that she is in the first toilet. I'm sure it's nothing though, it's probably just me feeling confident about my guess, like usual, but this feeling did feel different than usual. But as I said, it's probably nothing. I opened to door to see Sophia crying, curled up on the floor.
"How did you know I'd be in here?" Sophia asked me. For some reason I had a feeling to lie to her.
"You'd said you went to the toilet, and this is the toilet." I say back to her.
"There are two toilets though." She says back to me confused. I knew that she was trying to get the truth out of me, but for some reason, my brain was telling me to lie, so I lied.
"I guessed!" I say uncertain. She could obviously tell I was making it up.
"Ok then." She say, just taking that excuse.
"You were crying, why's that?" I ask.
"Mummy and daddy." She says starting to cry again.
"What about your mammy and daddy?" I ask her and I also hug her.
"They want to replace me with another baby, they don't want me anymore." She says sniffing.
"They don't, what would make you think that?" I asked Sophia confused.
"Ever since my second birthday, I've just been so different." She says.
"What do you mean different?" I ask her.
"I just am ok, I'm not the same person that I used to be, I'm just strange." She says. I know that that's not the full answer, but I'm just going to leave it because I don't want to force her.
"And that's why you think your mam and dad are replacing you?" I ask her.
"I don't know!" She says back to me.
"All you need to know is that your mam and dad will always love you and that they're not replacing you in any way!" I tell her reassuringly.
"Thanks Dec." She says, with a little smile appearing on her face.
"No problem, glad I could help." I say hugging her. I hold out my hand and she holds on to me. I suddenly feel warm inside. Like really happy and chuffed but I don't know why.

3rd person POV
"Dinners ready!" Shouts Ashely.
"First one down gets extra ice cream!" Shouts Dec.
"Race ya!" Says Sophia, all ready half way down the stairs.
"Oy cheat!" Dec says laughing.
"Be careful you two! We don't want anyone getting injured!" Shouts Lisa.
"It's just a bit of fun!" Says Dec.
"No if someone gets injured though!" Says Ashley.
"But it's was for extra ice cream!" Said Sophia.
"Well if it was for extra ice cream then it was worth it!" Laughed Lisa. The four of them sat round the dinner table and ate lasagna and ice cream, and off course, Sophia got extra ice cream. The day went by quick for everyone, well not exactly. You see, Dec had been think about how he knew that Sophia would have been upset and which toilet she was in. Maybe he just guessed he told himself, but then he thought about it, it felt different when he knew it though. To him, it was as though he felt it and not guess it. Dec and Ashely were on the sofa together.

Ashley and Dec we're watching a horror movie. Ashely was snuggled up to Dec with her head leaning on Dec's shoulder.
"You knew I was here! You could feel where I was, you creep!" Shouted the woman in the movie.
"No...." Dec whispered to himself. "No it can't be...."
"You ok Decky?" Asked Ashley.
"Ye..Ye I'm fine.... Just give me a sec Ye?" Dec said as he rushed out of the room. Ashely got all confused, but then realised how Dec was when it came to horror movies. He went to his bed room and passed Sophia. He closed as he need a few minutes to himself. Sophia followed him into the room.
"Can you get out!" Shouted Dec.
"Why can't you just be honest to me!" Sophia shouted back.
"Be honest about what?" Dec said back.
"You're like me!" Sophia said shouting but had a smile on her face.
"How am I like you?" Asked Dec.
"Just tell me the truth!" Thought Sophia.
"What truth!" Said Dec. Sophia was in shock!
"I didn't say that." Said Sophia really confused.
"Yes you did, don't try to freak me out!" Said Dec. Sophia looked at the lamp and suddenly the light switched off.
"What was that?" Asked Dec freaking out.
"That was....me!" Said Sophia in a freaky voice.
"Get away from me..." Cried Dec
"No.... Your like me.... Enjoy this while you can!" Said Sophia with her eyes glowing red like flames.

"Are you ok?" Asked Lisa, nudging Dec.
"Ye, I'm fine!" Said Dec rubbing his eyes, waking up from his other nightmare.
"You sure?" Asked Lisa.
"Ye, just had another nightmare!" Said Dec.
"I told you that you shouldn't have watched that horror movie, you know what you're like with these type of movies!" Said Lisa.
"You're starting to sound like my mam, being all overprotective over me!" Laughed Dec.
"Well, that's what friends are for!" Said Lisa handing him a hot chocolate. That was it for today and tomorrow was a new day. Ashely was at He house and Sophia was in bed asleep.......
