Alison's POV

As we approached my flat, I was still thinking of my parent's death. That conversation that Nathan and I about my parent's death really got me thinking. If I could find the Vampire who killed my parents, I could make him or her pay.

I had other family here; maybe they had some sort of knowledge. Both of my grandmothers, and my aunt live here in England. The rest of my family live in America, so they're no help to me right now. But maybe the family I have here will surely know something.

As Nathan and I walked into the house, I called Vania downstairs.

"Yeah?" She said as she walked down.

"Nathan and I are going to see my grandmother on my mum's side." I said.

"We are?" Nathan asked.

"Yes. We are." I said to him.

"For what?" Vania and Nathan asked in unison.

"We are going because I have a few questions for my grandma about my parent's death." I said in a firm tone.

"What makes you think she knows something?" Nathan asked.

"Because she has to know something. She's my mother's mother. What won't she know? And besides, I haven't seen her in a long time. I miss her." I said and gave a slight smile.

"Well I can I go?" Vania asked.

"Erm, i'm pretty sure she would freak if she saw a ghost." I said.

"No harm in trying, right?" She asked.

"I guess not." I shrugged.

"So it's settled then?" Nathan spoke up.

"Yep! Vania, get some clothes on, we leave at," I checked the time. "4 p.m."

She nodded and flew up the stairs, leaving Nathan and I alone.

"I'd like to meet your grandmother." Nathan said.

"Looks like that day has come." I chuckled.

"Okay! I'm ready." Vania came down a short time later.

"That quick?" Nathan looked baffled.

"Vampires aren't the only ones who can do things quickly." Vania smirked.

This made us look at each other with puzzlement.

"Come on. Let's go." I found my voice and lead the way out the door.

3 hours later...

Alison's POV

My grandmother's house looked exactly how I imagined it would be. You could feel the coziness in it even if you were outside. It was the place to be. You never wanted to leave this place.

I hadn't seen my Grandma Rosie in a while.

"Are you sure you want to approach my grandma like that? She will ask why you are so pale." I warned Vania.

"By all means. This is Rosie we're talking about. She'll know it's me." Vania said. It was true. Vania knew my entire family, and I knew hers. My grandma knew her well. She could still recognize her now, even with her pale form.

I walked up and knocked on her door, and stood back.

She opened up her door, and lit up.

"Alison!" She called out, engulfing me in a hug. I missed her so much.

"Hi Grandma Rosie." I smiled genuinely.

She invited us in, and we sat down.

"Um, Vania. You're so pale. You need to get out in the sun love." Grandma said.

Vania chuckled. "I guess I do. Nice to see you Rosie."

"And who's this?" My grandma gestured to Nathan.

"This is my boyfriend, Nathan." I said.

"Hello Miss DiLaurentis." Nathan said.

"Oh, none of that! Just call me Rosie." She said and shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you Rosie." He shot her a grin.

"So. What brings you by?" My grandma asked.

-

"I have some questions about my parent's death." I turned serious.

"Oh.. I knew this day would come." She said and sighed.

"Grandma...do you know something?" I asked, nearly afraid of what she would say next.

"Ask your questions first. Then i'll tell you what I know." She said.

Well, here goes nothing.

"Who killed them?" I asked.

She sighed. "A Vampire."

"I know that. I know Vampires exist. I'm asking what Vampire killed them?" I asked.

She gave me a look. "How do you know Vampires exist?"

"This whole town is practically buzzing over them. And..I am one." I said.

Now, hear me out. I really thought my Grandma would totally freak out when I said that I was a Vampire, so I really didn't expect her to be calm about it.

And yet, she was just fine.

"So you are." Was all she said.

"Wait..you're not..freaking out or anything?" I asked, taken aback.

"Nope." She sighed.

Nathan and I both looked at each other in confusion.

"Since we're on the topic, I am a Vampire as well. And you should know, I turned Alison." Nathan said slowly.

Again, my grandmother was strangely calm about it.

"Alison. I have something to tell you." My grandma said.

I listened closely, literally shaking as I was thinking of what possible things she could say. So when she said...

"Your parents were Vampires."

I think I fainted.

A/N - - - Don't ask me where the name 'Rosie' came from. It was literally the first name that came to my mind so I went with it! xx
