~Sappho~
Annabeth and I went to the Big House to see the centaur and the other members of Annabeth's quest and to discuss a battle plan. Nico said he needed to go back down to the underworld and took Iggy with him so she wouldn't get in trouble here at camp.
"This is all exciting- isn't it?" Annabeth asked with I wide smile on her face. I gave her a smile back. "This is your first quest, you must be very nervous."
I laughed at her jitteriness as we made our way onto the wraparound porch waiting for everyone, "It's not just the quest that's bugging  me, it's this big prophecy that revolves around my entire life."
"Maybe this quest will help you get away from all of this tension," Annabeth said cheerfully.
"Sure, fighting monsters will definitely help me cope with all of this stress."  I joked just as Percy came up accompanied by a Satyr and a Cyclops who he introduced as Grover and Tyson. I paled when I saw Tyson, my past with Cyclops hasn't been very good.
"You smell pretty," Tyson said with a grin spread across his face, making me blush. Maybe he's not like the other Cyclops, I thought.
"Thank you, you're very nice," I said.
"Okay," Annabeth said taking charge. "Let's go into the Big House, you guys will get supplies, while I'll be upstairs getting the prophecy for our quest."
We all obliged  and went into the house. Annabeth hurried up the stairs and Grover and Tyson went into a side room to get money for in case we need to restock our supplies.
"I heard you were with Nico," Percy whispered into my ear.
I jumped and spun around, "So? Nico isn't a bad kid- why does everyone not like him? Is this about Bianca?" I defended.
Percy's green eyes darkened, "Nico isn't a bad kid, in fact, I was one of the people that helped bring him to camp. If he said that I did anything to her-"
"He didn't, I... I read his mind." I muttered quietly enough for only Percy to hear.
"Listen," He said in a softer tone, "Bianca died on a quest to save everyone else, Nico left camp when he found out and no one has seen him since- until now."
"Oh...." was all I said biting my bottom lip.
"Hey," Grover said clopping back into the room with Tyson  behind him with a big sack full of gold coins. "You guys didn't get anything yet."
I rolled my eyes, "Grover, you forgot that you have a Hecate child with you." I muttered a quick spell making five backpacks equipped with an extra change of clothes, toiletries, and snacks. "Do you think we need anything else?" I asked the three of them.
"PEANUT BUTTER!" Tyson shouted with glee.
I smiled and had a jar of peanut butter appear in the friendly Cyclops's arms.
        "Yea!" he cheered.
Then Annabeth descended the stairs with a grim look on her face.
        "What's the prophecy?" Percy asked.
I bit my lip again, this wasn't going to be good.
"You shall delve in the darkness of the endless maze..."
We waited for her to continue.
"The dead, the traitor, and the lost one raise."

"The lost one, that's gotta be Pan!" Grover interrupted. "That's great!"
"With the dead and the traitor," Percy said. "Not so great."
"And?" I asked. "What's the rest?"
"You shall rise or fall by the ghost king's hand, the child of Athena's final stand."

There was a great silence and I started to zone out, my ADD getting the best of me.
"Well," Annabeth said breaking the quiet. "We should get going, Luke isn't sitting around waiting for us to make our next move."
We all grabbed a backpack and followed her out of the house and across the camp.
"Sappho!" I heard someone yell. I turned to see Caleb running towards me, I saw the rest of the group looking at us curiously.  I waited for him and soon he was right in front of me.
"Yes?" I asked looking into his warm brown eyes.
"I just wanted to say goodbye," he explained.
"Caleb, it's no like I'm going  away forever, it's just a quest-"
I was cut off by his lips crushing down on mine. I kissed back and wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist, tasting the saltiness of his lips. I felt bombs go off in my stomach, but all too soon he pulled away.
"I-I love you." He confessed gazing into my eyes. "Promise me you won't get hurt, I don't know what I would do if you did."
I smiled up to him, "I'll try not to, and I love you too." I pecked  his cheek. "I'll see you later."
I ran back to the rest of the group  waving goodbye to Caleb, sad to leave him.
"Sappho's got a boyfriend!" Tyson shouted happily, causing all of us to laugh.
I smiled to myself, now all I have to do is come back from this quest alive so I can be with Caleb when I get back.
