Sappho
I just starred at the wall that had closed right in front of me. This really was all really starting to get old. Every time I even made a friend, they were ripped away from me. I couldn't hold in my tears any longer and soon started to bawl like a baby. While having my one person pity party, I heard the soft sounds of muffled voices and immediately I shut up. What if they were monsters? Or worse, hungry ones.
"Come on Marcus," I heard a voice say as they got louder. I shuffled closer to the wall in hopes that they won't see me, or better yet kill me. "We need to get out of here and go back to the Andromeda." There was a short response back.
i pressed myself closer to the uneven wall as the two people I heard came into view. They were both carrying flashlight and from what I can tell, looked like the average human boy.
The first one seemed to be the leader. He had a tall and muscular frame. His hair was a dark blond and his blue eyes looked like the color of the Mediterranean Sea. He looked almost perfect, his one flaw being a scar that went across his right cheek. The second boy wasn't as strong or tall but still had a very lean stature. He also had light blond hair but it was in tufts as if he was sleeping on it all day. The boys eyes were a very dark blue that only was seen one a cloudless winter's night.
I sniffled and the leader's head snapped in my direction, gleaming his bright flashlight in my eyes. His eyes softened and he walked closer too me, squatting down by my side so he could be at my eye level.
"What's wrong?" he asked and for some reason I felt safe next to him, as if he were my rock. His sincerity made things seem worse though, and the water works began again. I felt his warm wrap around my torso and potion me on his lap. "It's okay,"He said wiping my tears with his thumb.
I choked on a sob and clung onto the boy's shirt. I don't know why, but this boy felt different, even different than Caleb. But Caleb broke my heart. "I g-got separated from all of my friends."
"Don't worry," he said pushing back some of my hair from my forehead. I knew I had a lot going on, but all I could think about is if the boy is feeling the seem way I do. "If it makes you feel better, me and my friend Marcus can take you safe to the surface."
I turned to face him and I noticed that our faces were only inches apart. "Really? You would do that for me?" I asked with a smile.
The boy smile in return, "Of course. We wouldn't just leave you down here to die." I laughed at his dry joke. "I''m Luke by the way, Luke Castellan."
"I'm Sappho," I said getting off of Luke's lap. Then the three of us walked into a leading tunnel together.

 Luke
Marcus and I went down into the labyrinth in search for Andromeda's String so Kronos's army will be able to invade Camp Half blood when we a found a girl crying. When I saw the girl I immediately wanted to comfort her. She just seemed too beautiful to cry. I felt that if anyone were to hurt her, that I would slowly and painfully kill them. I don't know why I'm feeling this way, granted that I felt this way once I laid eyes on her. I tried comforting her and set her on my lap, hoping that she wouldn't feel my hard-on. Now we were looking for an exit out of this dreaded place.
"Luke," Marcus stated. "It's midnight, I think we should set up camp for now."
I nodded in approval and Marcus and I pulled out the sleeping bags out of our bags. I came to the sudden realization that Sappho didn't  have one.
"Come here," I said patting down the spot next to me. "We can share"
She shook her head. "That's okay." she said "No, I don't want to bother you."
I rolled my eyes. "It would bother me more if I have to sleep on the floor, because either way your sleeping in this."
Marcus chuckled, but she finally gave in, "Fine." she said crawling into the sleeping bag and I wrapped my arms around waist and pulled her closer and Marcus turned off the flashlights making it pitch black. Being here with Sappho felt right, it made me feel complete.
