Chapter 14: Meet the Parents Part 2

Brick's POV

5:00pm

I'm on my way to Momoko's House to finally meet and have the approval of her parents in our relationship, but I feel nervous now.

After a couple of minutes...

Momoko's POV

Doorbell!

"I'm on it!" Koriko rushed to the door and open it

"Momo-chan your boyfriend is here!" She shouted

"I'm coming down!" I shouted back

"Your name?" Kuriko pointed

"Brick, please to me you Momoko's little sister, " Brick shaked hand to Kuriko

"Kuriko Akatsutsumi, the cute and lovable sister of Momo-chan!" She smiled

"Come in Brick-kun! " she offered
"Thanks!" Brick nodded

"You can sit on the couch, " she said

"Okay! " he said

While Brick is sitting on the couch,

I got down the living room and sees Brick,

"Hey! " I said

"Oh, Momoko your here," he turned around

"Momoko dear ," Mom shouted frok the kitchen

"Yes mom," I said

"Let's eat dinner with your visitor," she offered

"Okay!" I pull Brick inside the dining room

In the dining room dad is already sitting at the center, Kuriko is in the left side sitted opposite of my chair, and mom preparing foods

Mom turned around..

"Oh, hi there you must be Brick?" Mom said with a smile

"Good evening, Mrs. Akatsutsumi," Brick greeted

"Have a sit young man, " my dad offered

"Yes sir, " he nodded and sit on the right side of dad

"Dad! That's Momoko's Boyfriend," Kuriko spoke

"I know dear," Dad said

"Ok young man, we will talk after we finished dinner," Dad demanded

"OK..sir," Brick nervously said

"Don't be nervous, just be yourself and tell the truth," I elbowed his arm and he nodded

While eating dinner..

"Brick?" Mom asked

"Yes?" He reacted

"Momoko is very lucky to be your girlfriend, because many other cute boys rejected her, because of her attitude and being addicted to sweets, " Mom explained

"Mom! Don't say that! " I reacted

"I know Momoko likes to eat sweets that's why I like her! " he said and I blushed in embarrassment when mom said that

"Good to know you having a good time with my daughter, your relationship is okay with me, " Mom smiled at him

After Dinner...

"Ok young man, let's have talked in the backyard, " Dad said and Brick nodded

"Good luck Brick!" I said

At our backyard..

In our backyard we have a swing for two, a picnic table and you can sit on the ground because the grass is soft and you can see the beautiful moonlight

"Okay young man, Let me tell you something?" Dad asked

"Yes sir?" He said

"What can you say about my daughter ?" Dad began to questioned

"Uhm..she is very kind, smart and cheerful girl, she in with comic books and anime just like me, and the most thing I could say about her is, she is a very brave girl that always stands and help her friends in need, " He answered confidently

"I guess you really know my daughter, " Dad said

"Definitely sir," He smiled

"Okay then, you have my approval to be on my daughter 's side," Dad look at Brick with a smile

"Thank you very much! Mr. Akatsutsumi, " Brick bowed to him

"Make sure young man, that you will always protect my daughter and never hurt her feelings, is that clear," Dad protective ways

"I will sir! " Brick said

"Momoko!" Dad called

"Yes!" I runned outside the backyard

"What is it Dad? Is there a problem? " I worried

"Nothing dear, you can  have a talked with him, make sure to escorted him in the front door when he is leaving " Dad walked inside the house

"Sure thing Dad!" I said

Silence rule over..

"Uhm..Let's go and have a swing! " I offered him

While swinging..

"So what happened?" I asked

"It's good, it's official! " Brick smiled at me

"Oh great!" I cheered

"I can visit you here often, " he said

"I told you that Dad will approved about this, " I said

"Yeah..." Before Brick could say a word, I kissed him gently on the lips.

While I kissed him someone is looking at us but I didn't mind.

Click!

"Oh great I got the best shot ever, Momoko will allow me to play with her action figure," Kuriko whispered behind the door

We pull apart..

"What is that for? " he said

"That is our first official kiss as lovers !" I smiled at him

We both turned red, blushing deeply..

Time skip 7:00pm

"Oh, it's getting late! I better go home, I think my brothers is already there after the meeting with Kao-chan parents and Miyako's grandmother, " Brick scratch his head.

I escorted at the front door,

"Bye Momoko! " he said

"Goodnight Bricky boy!" I said

"Bye see yah at school tomorrow! " we both said to each other and he walked off.

Momoko: this is the greatest day of my life!

Kaoru and Miyako: not only you! This is the greatest day of our life!

Momoko: yeah girls, now we are officially the Rowdyruffs Girlfriends!

All: Love makes the world go round!

Powerpuff Girls: Hey! Thats our song
