Telling What Happened

Elisabeth's P.O.V

When we got home I ran upstairs and started crying.

"Elizabeth, I think you should tell me what's wrong." Said Calvin as he walked through the door.

I stopped crying and looked up.

Sniff "I'll tell you what happened, if you tell me how you died."

"Okay fine, just as long as you stop crying." Calvin pleaded.

I sat up on my bed cross-legged.

"Sooooooooo. "I said.

"Okay, I don't think you will believe me though."

"Just get on with it." I said.

"Okay, so one day thirty years ago, I was in my room studying when I heard a scream outside. I pulled out my chair and started walking downstairs. I opened the front door and walked out the house, I heard the scream again and this time it came from the back of the house, so I changed my direction and walked towards the back porch. The screaming came from the little shed in the back garden.

So I walked towards the shed and found it unlocked. I saw a light coming from inside so I opened the door a little bit and saw what was happening." Calvin choked with his eyes tearing up.

"I, I,  I saw my little sister, her name was Lisa by the way, she, she was covered in blood and lying on the meat mincing table, she gave out one last horrifying scream and then she fell limp." Calvin started crying really badly.

"Look Calvin, it's okay you don't have to tell me the rest."

"No Lizzy, I've started and now I have to finish."

"I gasped when I saw Lisa and the man who was mincing her, turned around when he heard me. I saw his face, he had a chisled jawline, dark blue eyes, black hair and he was Caleb."

I gasped.

"When Caleb saw me I was about to run when it felt like an invisible rope was pulling me into the shed, I tried screaming but a hand covered my mouth and nose."

"He held me like that for a really long time and I suddenly blacked out. I woke up and I was tied up at my wrists and ankles, there was a gag around my mouth. I tried to sit up and when I finally did I saw what looked like an electric string coming out of me and going into Caleb. When Caleb was done, I started feeling dizzy and light headed, I looked towards Caleb and saw him walking towards me with a sickle(hook thingy, used for farming) and before I knew it, he slit my throat and all I saw was blood, blood everywhere. I thought I woke up but then I was actually rising up from my body, I saw a really bright light and started floating towards it but before I could go through it a was being pulled back towards Earth."

"The next day( when I accepted that I was a ghost)the gardener came in the shed and saw my sister and I's dead bodies he freaked out and called my mom. She came in and started crying, and she immediately died of heartbreak and depression."

"My father arranged a funeral for us three and a month after the funeral, he himself died from to much alcohol and depression.

No one wanted to buy the mansion so they just left it standing, and after about twenty years some geeks started having tours of the mansion."

"That's horrible!!" I exclaimed.

"I know right, I started getting irritated with those geeks so I started haunting them. I was about to pull the final string and drive them out of my mansion this afternoon, when I saw you and I felt a weird vibe coming from you as soon as you walked in the room, so I wanted to see if I could communicate with you. When you actually saw me and asked who's there is couldn't believe you could actually see me."

"Now it's your turn to tell me how you know Caleb."

"Okay whew okay um, I'll start were I went to a party with him."

Calvin drew in a quick breath.

"Okay so the one night about three months ago, Caleb and I went to a birthday party where almost everyone was drunk and laying on the grass passed out."

"I walked into the house and said hello to everyone, I saw my best friend Sarah and we stayed together for a while until she had to go to the bathroom. Then we parted, I needed a rest so I went into one of the bedrooms and lay down on the bed. My eyes were closed and I heard the door close, I opened up my eyes and I saw Caleb standing by the door."

"I said that I just needed a break and he said he knew exactly what I needed. He started walking towards the bed and I could easily see that he was drunk off his head. I got scared with the way he was walking towards me and before I knew it, he attacked me and his head started taking different forms. Forms like a devil's head and a cyclops head. I started screaming but no one heard me over the loud music. He started ripping my clothes and I put my hands on his chest, just silently wishing that he got hurt badly and then all of a sudden, his body fell limp and he fell to the floor screaming loudly but no one heard him over the music. He was screaming like a banshee and he suddenly fell silent, his body in a fetal position. Someone walked into the room and saw Caleb lying there silently and called an ambulance."

"Caleb was in the hospital for three days when it was reported that Caleb went missing from his hospital ward. The doctors said that Caleb had pretended to go to the bathroom and instead, he climbed out the window. I never saw him again until today so now I'm pretty freaked out for the fact that he is in Greenside."

"Hold on, if it was Caleb who killed you all those thirty years than how come he is eighteen years old now?" I asked.

"Okay um how can I say this, um Caleb is a a demon."

"That's makes so much sense now." I said.

"So your not mad or scared or anything?"

"Nope, in fact I actually wanna go spy on him."
