Elizabeth's P.O.V

When the movie finished in put the popcorn bowl in the sink and switched the TV off.

"I want to get some dog food for the puppies and the fox." I said.

Calvin looked towards me and said, "as long as I come with you."

"Of course you can, your my boyfriend aren't you?" I said with a smile.

Calvin looked shocked at what I said but I shrugged my shoulders with yet another smile.

I grabbed my keys and put my hand on the door handle.

Turning around, I said, "aren't you com-..."

Before I could finish the sentence, Calvin had turned me around completely and kissed me.

I chuckled.

We soon broke apart and Calvin's next words took me quite by surprise.

"Did I ever tell you how beautiful you are?"

I blushed and hid my face in my hair.

"Don't act like your not blushing." He said as he parted my hair.

"I love it when you blush." He said with a loving look in his eyes.

I suddenly knew that I had made the right choice to say yes when Calvin asked me to be his girlfriend.

I smiled at him with a big grin on my face.

I stepped outside and when Calvin stepped out, I locked the door and he took my hands in his.

I looked down at our hands and saw how nicely they fitted with each other and smiled, looking back to the path.

We turned the corner and saw Greenside Mart.

Going through the doors, I walked towards the pet section.

"Which one should I get?" I asked Calvin softly.

"That one." He said, pointing to the yellow bag marked for young animals.

I grabbed that particular bag and walked to the tinned meat.

I picked up the tin that said for puppies only and put it in my basket.

I suddenly had a craving for marshmallows so I walked to the sweets section and my eyes grew big when I saw that they had a jumbo size packet.

I grabbed the packet and walked to the tills.

"That will be twenty dollars and fifty cents please." The lady at the till said.

I took out two tens and a fifty cents from my purse and gave it to the lady.

"Would you like paper or plastic?" She asked me.

"Uh plastic please." I replied.

"There you go." She said, handing me my plastic bag.

"Have a good day." I said as I walked away.

"You too." She said with a smile.

"There you go boys." I said after I gave my pets their dinner.

Surprisingly, the puppies have gotten along with Thunder and he has gotten along well with them, so there wasn't any fights or anything when I got back.

My stomach rumbled embarrassingly and I decided that it was my dinner time and walked over to the fridge.

I threw out a piece of steak and some rice.
