Elizabeth's P.O.V
I saw him standing there with that girl, his lips against hers. I ran out of that room, swung open the door and back into the pouring rain since it started raining as we got back from getting ice-cream. I ran down the street and into the forest where I had trained before with Calvin running with tears in my eyes and tears falling down my cheeks, my leg got caught on a tree root and I heard a crunching noise from my leg and fell face first into a mud puddle.
Lifting myself up I felt a piercing pain coming from my leg and I screamed in pain, I crawled over to the shelter of a big oak tree and looked at my leg. Apparently, I had twisted my ankle almost all the way around I tried standing up but the pain came even worse.
I looked at my surroundings and noticed a cavity in one of the oak trees not so far from where I was so I got out into the rain and crawled into the cavity and was sheltered there.
Tears came down my cheeks and those tears turned into cries and those cries turned into sobs until I saw the sun set and the moon and stars starting to rise, my sobs quietened down and my eyelids felt very heavy so I let sleep take over me with my teeth chattering and body shaking from the coldness.
Calvin's P.O.V
When Elizabeth ran out of her room I immediately and very violently shoved Tori out of my way.
"Look what you have freaking done, this is all your fault!" I screamed and ran out the door.
I ran outside the house and looked around for Elizabeth, I looked everywhere, I checked the park, the mall, the ice-cream parlour and everywhere else that Elizabeth and I had been and then I remembered the forest where we trained the other day.
I ran to the forest and looked everywhere. I heard a small sob and sniff so I tried to follow it and see where it came from and hoped it would come again, but it didn't. The rain was coming down heavily now and the stars where starting to come out.
"Elizabeth where are you?!" I called but no answer came.
I punched the nearest tree as hard as I could and I didn't even flinch because I'm a ghost, yet another reminder.
I walked around in the dark for the next couple of hours calling Elizabeth's name over and over again.
"This is all your fault Tori." I said to no one in particular.
After about three more hours I slumped against a chopped off tree trunk and felt me eyes start closing." I am so sorry Elizabeth..." I said before eventually closing my eyes.
Elisabeth's P.O.V
I woke up and had no clue on where I was, until the events of yesterday came back to me. I moved my ankle and the same dreadful pain came again and I winced. It stopped raining so I crawled out the cavity and tried standing up against a tree which I succeeded in doing.
I hobbled along, leaning against trees and boulders that I came across. I walked or more like limped for about thirty minutes, when I came across a gigantic waterfall.
I stood, mesmerised by how the water flowed into a little pool at the end of a little stream.
Looking at into the waterfall, I had to shield my eyes from the sun but I saw something glittering inside it, shining brightly.
I limped to the waterfall and got close to the edge of the pool on the corner of the big waterfall and took a peek inside of it.
I saw a bright light of yellow and green.
It felt as if I was being dragged to the colours and I felt like I had to go and see.
I gently took off my shoes and jersey and felt the water, it was lukewarm so I slowly climbed in with different sections of my body getting wet at a time.
