Elizabeth's P.O.V

The sun started streaming in through my curtains as my eyes opened slowly.

I was about to stand up and shower when I felt Calvin's arms wrap around me.

"Calvin, wake up." I said softly.

I tried to get up but Calvin's arms just wrapped even tighter around my body and he started murmuring "no don't go, I want to protect you" somehow I felt safe in his arms so I snuggled up closer to him and fell back asleep.

Calvin's P.O.V

I woke up to her beautiful sleeping face faced up towards mine, I was inches away from kissing her but I don't know why, I just couldn't, I would rather kiss her when she is awake.

"Don't worry mom I'll save you, just don't worry." She mumbled in her sleep.

I chuckled softly.

"Lizzy, Lizzy wake up, come on wake up." I shoved her gently.

She just held on tighter to me.

I held onto her and hugged her tightly and she hugged me back.

I smiled, 'I'm actually hugging Elizabeth' I'm kind of embarrassed to say that I've had a crush on her ever since I saw her walk into my room at the mansion, her strawberry-blonde hair, her emerald-green and sapphire-blue eyes and her smooth and small face makes me weak at the knees.

I just hope that I can protect her as much as I can, I don't want her to suffer or any of that but I do know that I am going to protect her and do whatever I can to make her laugh.

She started waking up and when she looked at me, I could see a smile growing on her face and then she looked at my arms wrapped around her and she started blushing.

"Morning sleepy head." I said playfully.

"Hmm, good morning Calvin." She said.

"Come on Lizzy, we have to feed the puppies." I said.

"Oh shoot." She said jumping up.

"Don't worry, I'll feed them, just go shower and get ready." I said.

"Get ready for what?" She asked.

"Well you want to train to become a powerful Zarthurian don't you?" I asked.

"Oh yes, of course, let me just get ready." She said.

"That's what I said." I said.

She got up and walked to the bathroom.

I got out of bed and walked to the bundle of blankets we put down for the puppies and saw that they were still sleeping.

I picked up the blankets and walked downstairs to the kitchen and set the puppies on the floor.

I walked to the fridge, grabbed the milk and poured some into two separate bowls and the puppies walked lazily to the milk.

I watched the dogs drink the milk and smiled.

Elisabeth's P.O.V

I stepped into the shower and turned on the tap.

I started humming, I don't know which song it is but it just got stuck in my head.

I washed my body with my watermelon body wash and washed my hair with cherry and vanilla ice-cream shampoo and conditioner.

I got out the shower and wrapped a towel around me.
