A Peaceful Saturday, Dreadful Ending. Part 2

Elizabeth's P.O.V

When the movie was finished, I walked to the kitchen and put my plate into the sink.

I checked the time on my watch and saw that it was quarter past three as I looked away from my watch and turned around, I saw Calvin was lying limp on the floor.

"*gasp, Calvin."

I ran over to Calvin and lifted his face towards mine.

All of a sudden his eyelids popped open in shock and Calvin screamed...

"Lizzy, b-behind you!" Calvin screeched.

I turned around and saw a shadow like thing running towards me with one of the island chairs.

"Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!" I screamed as I ducked.

I ran towards the window and opened one of the blinds, letting the sunlight slip through the room.

I don't know, it just felt as if someone was whispering in my ear and telling me to open the blind.

Immediately the shadow disappeared but not before saying, "he's coming for you Elizabeth, just you wait,you still have no idea what's going on."

Panting, I walked over to Calvin who was now sitting on the couch, breathing heavily.

"Wha-what ha-ppenned? "I asked.

"That shadow jumped in through the window and started choking me, that's why I fainted." Calvin said.

"I was so scared when I saw you lying on the floor Calvin, please don't do that to me." I said.

"How did you know to open the window and the shadow would disappear?" Calvin asked me.

"I don't know, it just felt as if someone was whispering in my ear, telling me to open the blinds." I said.

"Well, everything is okay now so let's just relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon." Calvin said.

Before I could reply, I heard a slight beeping sound.

Beep.....Beep.....Beep.....Beep..........

I looked outside the window and saw Caleb standing on my front garden with his finger gesturing me to come to him.

I shook my head slowly.

Then Caleb raised his other hand, showing some kind of controller pad.

I looked out the window and saw that explosives were planted all around my house.

I saw Caleb pointing to me then him and then pointing to the controller pad, meaning that I come to him or he blows up my house with Calvin and I inside.

I sighed with my head down and walked over to the door.

I was about to turn the handle when Calvin grabbed my hand and turned me so that I was facing him.

"Elizabeth, what are you doing?" He asked.

"I have to just tell him something okay? You can come with me just don't interrupt." I said.

"Okay, but I'm walking next to you the entire time." He said.

"Fine." I said rolling my eyes at his serious bodyguard attitude.

I walked out the door with Calvin by my side.

"Well, well, well if it isn't dear Elizabeth and little Calvin Martins."
