So sorry for long update. Something terrible happened. I wrote this chapter a few days ago and ready to publish it but my phone broke! The screen was all black and when I repaired it I logged in to find my beloved chapter gone!! I am so so frustated..

Exams are still on till next week so I'd like to end my stories as fast as I can. Many apologies for kind readers and all their lovely supports, I disappoint you huhu :'(

In the future, there's a possibility I'll edit or even rewrite them, for the better version of course :)

Garvin's POV

I just finished training the newbies, they were eager teenagers and smart. In total there were 447 warriors divided into twenty groups. Each had a sub leader that would receive direct command from me, Keefe and obviously Erick.

Speaking of him, the incident three weeks ago still managed to shock the hell out of me. That night we heard terrified scream, it echoed through the trees making us shiver in fear.

Next second we found Erick on top of Oliver who was trying to push him away. If not because of the thick scent of blood I would say he was attacking the poor lad but the moonlight told us that the red liquid was definitely blood.

Erick was in coma. Ironic wasn't it? It seemed like the role changed.

Not to mention that Oliver never left his side ever since.

Some of us blamed him, having a suspicion against him since the way he acted when he first arrived. They thought he was cruel and evil enough to stab his own mate.

But the rest, those who knew the story about his past, the way we treated him and everything we did to him, we knew better than to repeat the same mistake.

There must be a reason though we didn't know, Oliver hadn't talked a word. The adults, the elders, the parents. We all were too afraid to jump into any conclusion.

"How is your brother?" it was sincerely because I cared. Like everyone, I wanted to show Ollie how much I regretted my action. Yet with Erick in hospital there were piles and piles and piles of works to do.

Keefe shrugged in desperation. "Not better. Getting worse each day." he mumbled.

But he himself looked terrible. Dark bags made him look like a panda. He was sickly pale making his dull eyes and disheveled hair created worst combination. He didn't even bother to shave the stubbles on his chin.

I was witnessing how this man in front of me, who I had known so well, turning into a stranger. If I didn't know better, I would say he was a depressed mad man.

Suddenly the office door opened revealing Vinna with frustated look. "My wolf kept whining and pacing in my head but I know this isn't the sign of my mate. What is this?"

"Must be because the alpha and luna situation."

"Explain." she deadpanned.

"Why don't you go to your mate? She's supposed to be the one to make you understand about us. After all she turned you."

She was quiet while staring at us, seemed troubled to say something yet I understood completely.

It happened two months ago. She and Loraine were celebrating their second anniversary when suddenly she overheard us talking about Oliver. Curiousity took her the moment she heard his name. Later she found out from the former Luna after persuading her.

Since then all she had been doing was denying our very existences.

"Why don't you just tell me?"
