Here are some ways you should know about handling me:
1) When I'm upset DO NOT TALK TO ME OR TOUCH ME, this will only make things worse for me
2) when you try to talk to me and I have headphones on that makes me upset
3) if I'm sad ask if I'm okay, even if I don't answer, it'll make me feel better knowing someone cares.
4) if I talk about me being fat don't ignore it, tell me I'm not. It makes me feel good about myself
5) if I'm crying, don't touch me but do try to talk to me.
6) if I'm upset and snap at you don't take it personally, I can't control my anger well.
7) If I randomly become rude in a conversation drop the subject, that subject is making me mad.
8) If I'm having an anxiety attack get all people away from me and hug me, it calms me down.
9) if I need to rant just let me rant to you.
10) if I complain about how people don't invite me places, invite me somewhere. Not being invited makes me feel neglected and depressed.
11) Don't talk about or touch my body.
12) Don't comment on what I'm wearing in a negative way, it makes me insecure.
13) if I lock myself in my room or get away from people and I'm upset/sad leave me alone, contact with me with cause me to breakdown.
