1) Cry.
Cry until your eyes are dry cry until you fall asleep cry until you can't cry anymore.
2) Push everyone around you away.
Push your friends away, your family, people who can make you feel better, get rid of them.
3) Self harm.
Take the pain that someone caused you out on yourself and ruin your life.
4) Fall more in love with your ex.
Stalk them on social media, make sure they dont get with someone else, fall more in love with the person you can not have.
5) Hold a grudge.
Make sure you never forgive them and let your anger build up until you break.
6) Make them jealous.
Get with someone else you do not like and show them off in front of your ex to make them jealous because you still love them.
7) Try to win them back.
Fight for the person that has no interest in being with you again and will only hurt you again.
8) Move away.
Leave. Move away from them, never see them again, but be reminded of them in another place.
9) Hurt.
Never let the pain go away and hold on to your sadness, live with that heartbreak the rest of your life.
10) Fake your happiness.
Put on a mask and pretend to be happy when inside you are sad and hurting.
At the moment I am going through a heartbreak and this came to my head.
