34 Happiness and Friendship

It is the Friday! After school is Yachi's slumber party! Yay! I was wondering what we would do. I sigh at the thoughts of spending time with friends overnight.

"Lexi!" SiSi calls pulling me out of my thoughts. She tackles me with a hug.

I groan, "What?" I slip out of her grip.

SiSi says excitingly, "Can't wait for the slumber party today?" She had Eren beside her.

I shrug. A little fun is what I need. I am a little shooken up from what happened yesterday. Then I say, "Wait, your parents let you go?"

SiSi nods, "Yep! They said as long as an adult is there, I'm fine."

I start, "Wait, but-."

Suddenly, Yachi and Hinata walks up. They both greet saying hi.

I ask, "How are you doing, Hinata?"

He just shrugs and says, "I have you guys, what more can I have?"

Yachi says, "Well, he is thinking on the bright side."

Eren asks, "Where is your scary friend?"

Suddenly, a pained expression spreads on Hinata's face.

SiSi and I shushes, "Eren!"

"What?" Eren says totally confused.

"Oi, idiot!" Kageyama yells stomping up to him. Just perfect timing. Just freakin' great.

I sigh and grimace at the poor timing.

He fusses, "Why weren't you in morning practice?"

SiSi scoffs, "Kageyama, give him a break already! He obviously doesn't feel well."

Kageyama glares at her, but doesn't respond. Actually, he seems stuck on how to respond to our little group. I don't even think he knows how to respond properly. Goddangit, Kageyama.

Hinata mumbles, "Let me talk." He steps up to him and says, "Kageyama, you like me like you like volleyball, right?"

He nods totally understanding him. He knew how to respond properly at this. Weird.

Hinata continues, "Can you work with me as you do volleyball?"

Kageyama asks, "How?"

I am so lost, so I just listen.

Hinata explains to him, "You can be my setter, and you can work with me, so I can hit your tosses. Be my teammate and never betray me."

"Of course," Kageyama responds. "No matter what anyone says, I will never betray you..." He looks away, then looks back at him. "Even Oikawa. I promise. We are teammates. We are a duo."

Hinata smiles, "I am content with that."

Kageyama ruffles his head of orange hair and says, "I apologize if he got under your skin. I should have known. He got to me that way as well, then it changed unexpectedly. You are my... best friend, and promise not to push you away."

Hinata smiles and tackles Kageyama with a hug.

Suddenly, I hear sniffing. Aisara slips pass me and tilts her head. She asks, "What is this smell? It's definitely not gay."

Tempest comes up to the group and smiles. She answers Aisara, "It's really not. It is happiness and friendship."

SiSi says, "Well, this is unexpected."

I get a whiff of water and turn seeing Haru. I run up to him and greet him with an arm bump.

Haru's face is as passive as ever. He says, "Hey, Alexis."

My eyes widen at the sudden change of name. I ask, "How are you doing?"

He answers, "I can't swim. Makoto haven't called or picked me up." Well, that isn't much of an answer. He sighs and looks around.

Well, I can see why he misses him. That is his childhood best friend.

I look at the cast on his arm and remember what Makoto has down. Why does he even miss him? The guy hurt him... but I totally forgot that he is almost dependent on him. Then I gasp.

Haru looks down at me and asks, "What is it?"

I answer, "How about you spend time with other friends?" He can't just rely on one person, especially since that person nearly killed him. He also needs to keep his mind off of water. "You can meet new people! Come on!" I grab his uncasted arm and pulled him to the group of friends.

Great, Hinata and Kageyama is still there! Eren can be of some help too! I say, "Hey, guys..."

It is after school. She goes to Levi's classroom. She sees him at his desk with neatly stacked paper. She goes in and stands beside the desk. She asks, "What's going on with Makoto?"

Levi looks up taking off his reading glasses. He answers, "He is suspended."

SiSi scoffs, "That's it? Why only that? He should be in jail!"

Levi stands up from his chairs. He says, "You know you and I are together, right?"

She nods, "Yeah."

He says, "If this goes into court, their will be no more us... or no more me." He gestures to himself and back to her.

She gasps, "Oh right!"

He nods, "Right. Plus, I have him under control like I said. He won't be speaking a word of us or going to harm your friends."

SiSi sighs, "I'm so glad you thought it through." She sits on his desk as he sits back on his chair.

Levi asks, "So how is Hinata?"

She answers, "It took an unexpected turn of happiness and friendship."

He nods understandingly, "Oh, so he didn't like Kageyama like that. I thought they were going to be together."

"Me too!" she exclaims. "Wait... How do you know about all of that?"

He gives her one of his rare smiles and says, "I care about my students way more than you think. Hinata did not deserve that stress."

Her eyebrows goes up in surprise.

Levi chuckles, "I am not a cold teacher."

She scoffs and laughs.

Finally Levi asks, "Why are you here anyways? Don't you have a slumber party to go to?"

She says nervously, "Um, about that... I have a favor to ask."

After SiSi is done telling him her plan, Levi looks at her with his mouth dropped open. After a minute he says, "You want me to what?"

SiSi smiles, "Don't worry. I have a wig and some clothes."
