I rub my arm nervously as everyone waits on my answer. What should I say?

Should I say yes? He is really a sweet guy. He has best intentions. The only down side is that he gets a little violate when it comes to other people, but he never has hurt me in any way. He did try to hurt my friend though... But he also needs me.

I look up at Makoto. He looks heartbroken.

I look at SiSi, Tempest, Aisara, and Mr. Ackerman. They look at me alarmed.

I look down and gulp.

"King," Haru says amidsted the silence. "Don't be afraid to rid him of his water. He may suffer, but he will survive."

I look directly at him understanding what he is saying. I nod my head at him.

SiSi goes, "Hunh? I don't understand."

I ignore her and turn to face Makoto. I take a deep breath. I look down and sigh, "We... should break up." I do not want to see his face when I break up with him. It is too heartbreaking knowing that he likes, no, loves me.

"King."

I look up at Makoto. He looks... calm. No, I can see tears threatening to fall from his emerald eyes. Makoto puts his hand to my cheek.

I feel them tense up around me.

Makoto asks softly, "Can you hold me one more time?"

Okay, it feels like my heart was ripped out and trampled on when he asked that. I can't refuse to do what he asked. I wrap my arms around him. As I do, I can feel him trembling. I pat his back.

It is lunchtime. I am deep in my thoughts. I am wondering if there was a way to prevent what happened. Maybe if Makoto and I never went out, we wouldn't be in this situation.

"Lexi," SiSi calls.

I look to her and say, "Hunh?"

Tempest says, "You are lost in your thoughts."

Aisara asks, "Are you thinking about Makoto?"

I just shrug.

"You will do well," Kuroko manages to chime in.

I mutters, "Thanks."

Kagami asks, "What happened?" He is totally confused.

Kuroko rolls his eyes and says, "You need to keep up."

He replies, "Shut up! I wasn't around to see drama like you!"

"Wait," I say slyly. "You were there?"

Kuroko says simply, "I was there the whole time."

Mr. Ackerman comes up to our table. He asks me, "Are you okay?"

I nod.

He kneels beside SiSi and asks, "Are you being a good girl?"

SiSi pouts, "I'm good!"

Eren, who was being quiet the whole time, chuckles, "Yeah, right."

SiSi elbows him in the side.

He gives her a smile and stands staight up. He pats her shoulder and asks, "Would you like to help me with some paper work?"

She smiles and answers, "Sure."

He walks away.

I sigh and stand up myself. I feel their eyes look to me. I mutter, "I'm going to walk." I start letting my mind wander as I walk around. I wonder how Makoto is doing.

Before I know it, I am at the pool. How did I get here?! I really should have been paying attention.

"A-Alexis?" Rei says confused. He is with Haru and Nagisa. Makoto is nowhere to be seen.

I say nervous about being there unintentionally, "Um, hi."

Nagisa yells, "Want to sit with us?" He waves up at me wildly.

I look around seeing no one else. I shrug. I walk up to them and sit in their little circle. I sit between Haru and Rei.

Nagisa asks, "Where is your lunch?"

I scoff, "I ate that stuff up." I chuckle at his disappointment. No one is eating my food but me. Either way, my stomach still growls.

"Mackerel?"

I look at Haru. He is handing his lunchbox towards me showing rice and mackerel. Does this guy ever eat anything else? Either way, I answer, "Sure."

Haru scoops up some rice and fish in a fork and puts it to my lips.

I hesitate for a bit.

He asks, "What?"

I'm not big on sharing things that other people put their mouths on. I don't want to be rude, so I eat it. I says while chewing, "Thanks, Haru."

Haru says, "No problem." He scoops up more food and puts it to my mouth.

I say, "You know you don't have to give me more."

Haru asks, "Well, why not? You're still hungry."

I back away and laugh nervously. "I'm just a stressful eater, that's all."

"Don't stress," Haru says bluntly. "Eat the mackerel."

I don't refuse and actually eat it.

Haru asks, "Want to come to swimming practice?"

I shake my head no. I mutter, "I have things to do."

Nagisa frowns, "Aw, you do? Haru seems so comfortable with you."

"Hunh?" I say tilting my head.

Rei laughs nervously, "Nothing. Nothing! He said nothing."

Haru continues feeding me until the end of lunchtime. It was an... interesting lunch.
