Travis POV
I walk up to Aphmau, who's staring in the distance at the ocean, her eyes in tears.
"Hey, I are you ok?"
"Oh yeah, I'm totally fine. Laurance and Lexy, my friends, almost killed Aaron. It has already been 2 months, Katelyn, my best frind, subbenly dissapeared the next day and hasn't come back anD NO ONE knOWS WheRE in THe nAme of Irne they ARE, NeiTHer If theY arE ALiVE!" She starts laughing hysterically and a black aura appears around her.
"Aphmau, what are you doing?" I ask panicked.
She gets up and I can see that her clothes changed, some kind of Ancient Rome dress is now on her body and strange drawings appear on her skin. I yell her name once again but she doesn't seem to hear me.
"Someone help!" I yell, scared for her safety. "ANYONE! SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH APHMAU!"
Suddenly, before I can do anything, she starts floating and a dark beam of light comes out of her body, shooting into the sky. Black clouds appear above the island where we decided to create the phoenix alliance city. The rain starts falling hitting hard the ground. The sound of it falling stops any other sound to be heard. Though, I can hear Aphmau's faint scream and can see that she is in pain. I try to reach her, to call her name, but every time I do that she floats higher and higher in the sky. My heart starts beating, faster and faster. What will happen to Aphmau if this goes on? A powerful light comes out of her body, that blinds me. When I open them again, Aaron are next to me, Aphmau in his arms, though she gets on her feet quickly.
"Where are we?" she asks, her voice trembling. I look around. Everything is dead though there are no signs of poison or fire. The ground is hard, even though it rained for straight 5 days last week.
"Did you hear that?" I ask. I turn around and see a person approaching. She is terribly wounded and I can see that she is carrying someone. She isn't really running. You couldn't even call that walking. She is just forcing her body to move. When Aphmau sees her she starts running towards them, so we follow. When I see her face, my heart starts beating really fast. She has beautiful blue eyes that match with her long hair that is now covered in dirt and blood as well as her clothes.
"Aphmau, please-" she takes a big breath as if she was out of air. "Please help us." And she crumbles on the floor.
"KATELYN, WHAT'S ALL THIS?! What happened to you? Who did this? Lexy!!"
"Aphmau, they passed out." Aaron says as he takes the blue haired girl, Katelyn, in his arms. Vylad, follows his example piking up Lexy. She looks a lot more injured than Katelyn and has a wired tattoo her neck and a identical one around her leg, like a band that it's attached around it with some threads getting out of them. What in the name of Irene is going on?
*Two hours later*
Katelyn's P.O.V.
I slowly open my eyes and see a worried Aphmau sleeping next to me. I slowlly get up, being aware that I am not in the greatest condition and look around. Lexy is sleeping on my other side. I see... I slowly wake up Aphmau.
"Hey!" I tell her as she hugs me. "Please call everyone." I start before she can ask me anything. "I'm going to tell you what happened."
"Right." She gets up and leaves. What did we do to deserve this? Lexy was right. We don't have any power against them. They can hardly get read of one, and that only by using their powers combined. What's going to happen to us?
"Here we are." My thoughts are interrupted by Aarons voice. "Tell us everyting."
"It started right after I went to search for Laurance. I got back to the island, and meet this girl who, long story short, is my sister. As I attacked her, to make her to take me to him, a wall of darkness hit us and Mei told me that Lexy was in danger. So when we got back to the camp, we started a "surgery" on Lexy, whose powers were overflowing,as she hasn't used them in a long time. However, we were interrupted by a surprise attack. The darkness, who traced them down, were attacking when we were at our lowest. They told me to take Lexy and run, but of course, we ran into trouble. I would be dead right now, if not for Lex. She somehow managed to wake up and take that thing out in one blow. At the base they were all struggling together to kill one and then I see her taking one out in one hit. But there was a gap of 10 seconds where both of us couldn't do anything. So that shadow charged on Lex. He seemed interested only of her. Then I found you guys."
"But-But Lexy is just sleeping."
I shake my head slowly.
"She's been in a coma for the last week."
