They said it hurts to be left alone by someone you love
But I said it hurts even more to leave the one you only wished to have
'Cause we're not yet ready and not old enough
To fight for our youthful love, to prove that it's not a bluff
I thought leaving you was the greatest choice I had
To please everyone and to impress my dad
I didn't think of the consequences which would later on make me feel empty and sad
But it's too late to realize what I had, we can't be together anymore right now, and it makes me feel bad
I can't easily forget the memories we've shared, and the arguments we've conquered
Your name's indelibly marked in my heart, and it's something that can't suddenly flicker
Without you by my side, I'll admit I'm getting weaker

I wish it will be us in the end, when there are no more complications
When we're already prepared and with no more hesitations
When we're already serious and much more than mere attraction
When we still have the feelings of love and affection
