I'm walking in circles in my room. To be honest I don't know why I'm so nervous. It's just a date, right? Our classes ended, the only thing left are auditions, graduation and prom. So maybe I'm nervous because of that. No, I just thought of this now, I've been nervous since he called asking if I wanted to go to the beach with him. He said the rest of the boys will be there too. I shouldn't worry. They're just my friends. Maybe I'm nervous because I think we could be seen together. I mean, he's used to being in magazines and stuff, but I'm not. What if we are seen and the fans don't like me? Oh forget it Roxanne, you'll be fine, now chill...

I go to my purse and check I have everything... Phone, keys, sunscreen, sunglasses, book (in case I get bored), wallet (although Calum won't let me pay anything), headphones, and iPod. Yeah I'm ready. I'm wearing a floral bikini top with a black bikini bottom. I have a white cotton long sleeves blouse on top that's a little too big for me and my pink flip flops. I didn't get much makeup on, since we'll be on the water, and for my hair I do a high messy ponytail.

I grab my towel and get out of my room. As I'm going down the stairs the door bell rings, and my dad says he'll answer.

"Hello Calum!" Says my dad. He's trying to stop being so overprotective, and I'm grateful for that.

"Hi Mr. Prescott... I'm here to pick Roxanne up, for our date at the beach..." Cal answers, still standing at the door.

"Oh, yeah, sure... But curfew's till midnight..." Says my dad kindly.

"Yes sir, no problem..." Cal answers.

"I'm coming!" I say as I continue to walk down, since I stopped when dad said he'd answer.

I get to the front door, kiss my dad on the cheek, and leave with Calum toward his car, or should I say Bob's car?

"You look stunning..." He says as he opens the door for me, and then goes the other way around to get to the driver seat.

"If you're going to tell me that when I'm not on my dress for prom... What are you gonna tell me when I have the prom dress on?" I ask smirking. He starts the car.

"You are gonna have to wait for that..." He says as he smiles at me for a moment and then looks at the road as he gets out of my driveway.

We drive for a while and then we get to the beach.

"Where are the guys?" I ask as we get out of the car.

"They must be sittin' around here somewhere or they're not here yet..." He answers as he puts his glasses on and then opens the trunk of the car to get a towel. "C'mon..."

He takes my hand and we start walking towards the beach. It's been a while since I've come to the beach. The last time, I came with my brother, but then after a couple of weeks he left the house to live with his girlfriend. We've never seen him again. As we go around looking for a place to settle, I spot a gray/blonde boy running away in a strange way from a dirty blonde boy, I immediately recognize them.

"Um Cal... I think I found the guys..." I say as I tug his sleeve and point at where the Michael is running away from Ashton.

He turns to where I'm pointing and starts laughing. He grabs the towel from the floor and takes my hand as he walks on their direction. When we get there, Ashton's still chasing Michael around, and Luke's just laughing and recording it.

"What's going on?" Asks Cal as he puts our things in one place and goes over to Luke.

"Michael here, got sand in my hair, and he knows how bad I hate that!" Answers Ashton as he gets a bucket full of water and then splashes it on top of Michael. "There, now we're even..."
