"Would you like some champagne?" Asks the woman as I stand awkwardly in one of the  courners of the room.

"Yes please." I say as I take the glass of champagne from the tray.

I look around the room and try to find someone I can talk to. But I immediately regret doing that, since my eyes lock with the person I least want to see right now. Out of all of the people my parents work with, his parents have to be included.

"I'm glad you're here..." He says with a smirk on his face.

"I have to be here, this is my house after all." I say showing no expression on my face.

"Rox, I just want to get back with you..." He says, now begging.

"Never gonna happen Charlie..." I say as I start to walk, but his left hand grips my wrist.

"Let me go." I say with a serious face, but he just tightens his grip.

"You are not leaving me..." He says, the anger shown in his eyes.

"You should probably let her go..." Says a voice from behind me, but I already know who it is.

"Why do you care?" Charlie answers, obviously annoyed by his presence.

"Because she's my girlfriend..." He says back. WTF? "... And if you do anything to hurt her you'll regret it..."

Why would he say that!? Charlie lets go of my wrist and turns to me.

"You're lucky he's here..." He says, and then walks away.

"You ok?" Asks Calum as he looks at me in the eyes. He looks worried,  and I can't get the fact that he called me his girlfriend out of my head.

"I think so..." I say as I look at my wrist. Its red, since my bracelets rubbed the skin while Charlie gripped at it. I have to admit it hurts.

"Lets put some ice on that..." He says as he takes my hand gently and leads me to the kitchen.

I'm supposed to be the one helping him if he needs anything, not him help me. He's the guest, not me. What is he doing here anyways?

I sit on the island, not caring that I'm supposed to be formal, and put the glass of champagne beside me. He takes a hand towel and puts some ice in it before folding it. He comes near me and gently puts the towel on my wrist. I wince at the touch of it.

"Sorry..." He says as he lightly taps on my wrist with the towel.

"It's ok..." I say as I smile shyly.

"He's a jerk..." He says now sitting in one of the stools.

"I agree..." I say as I look at the floor and swing my legs back and forth.

"Why did you say I was your girlfriend?" I ask, now looking at him, with a puzzled look.

"Because..." He says.

"That's not an answer..." I say as I smile and he smiles back at me.

"I just... I mean... I... It just slipped like that..." He says as he looks at the floor, his face turning slightly red.

I hadn't noticed how nice he looks with a tux. Nice? No... Hot... The suit fits him perfectly. The sleeves are wrapping his arms tightly, making his muscles show as he flexes his arms. The tie makes him look sophisticated and hot at the same time. But his face, his face is still the same.

"Why are you here?" I ask, making him look back at me.

"My dad use to work in all this stuff... So he got invited... And his family too." He says as he half smiles.

"Aren't you afraid people will notice or that paparazzi will come?" I look at him and his smile falls.

"No. I don't care about the paparazzi as long as I'm with someone..." He says smirking a little and looking at me.

"Oh..." That is all I manage to say. I can't say anything else.

He gets up from the stool and walks closer to me. I can feel my heart beating faster. He's right in front of me. He takes the towel from my hands and then holds them while they rest on top of the island.

"We should probably go back to the living room." He says. His face only inches from mine as I feel his minty breath hit my face. The only answer I can give is a nod. And with that we head to the sea of people on the living room.

"I love this song! Dance with me?" He asks as he holds his right hand for me to take it. We've been sitting down on a table near the little stage that my parents prepared for tonight, and talked about how our life's has changed.

"Ok..." I say as I take his hand and blush a little at the thought that I'll be dancing with Calum Hood.

Is just another night
And I'm staring at the moon
I saw a shooting star
And thought of you

I sang a lullaby
By the water side
And knew
If you were here I'd sing to you

I can help but think that this song is just beautiful. We start dancing to it. My left hand on his shoulder and the other on his left one, while his right one's on my hip. He's smiling at me and that makes me blush, so I lower my head. It's been two weeks since he came to school and we've become really close, which scares me. Because after May, he'll be gone. I don't want to get to attached, but I can help it, he's Calum Thomas Hood.

He tills my head up so that his brown eyes meet my green one. He looks concerned, and I don't know if I should speak.

"What are you thinking of?" He asks, his eyes focused on mine.

"Nothing..." I say as show a little smile to try and convince him.

"Don't lie..." He says as he begs with his eyes. Damn this boy has turned me upside down in just a couple of days.

"I was thinking..." I stop for a minute to know if he's paying attention, which he is. "That I'm gonna miss you when you leave..."

"There's still a lot of days for us to be together... So don't worry..." He says giving me a half smile.

"And when I leave, we can FaceTime..." He says now smiling completely.

I just smile. How can he do that?! Leave me without any words to say?! Damn I'm falling for him. And I'm falling hard. This can't happen. But, I still have time to thing about it. I still have time to know if I'm really in love with Calum Hood.
