Dean was relieved when his class was over. He couldn't help but think that he only had a few more weeks of classes and it would be Christmas break, but what he really couldn't stop thinking about was seeing Castiel.
But he was also waiting for a call from Sam.
It was still early in the afternoon so he still had enough time to see Castiel and then call Sam.
Dean carried his books to his dorm and looked in his bathroom mirror. Garth was still in classes, so he wasn't there to bother him.
He tried to fix his hair as best he could, anxious about Cas actually wanting to meet up with him. After messing with his hair for a while he gave up and decided that it was time to leave.
Castiel had implied they were meeting where they had just been about an hour before, so Dean headed that direction.
As he got close, he could see Castiel already sitting on the bench. He suddenly became really nervous and didn't know what to do.
Castiel looked up and smiled when he saw Dean getting close. He stood up, and to Dean's surprise, looked a little nervous too.
"So, I'm here." Dean watched Castiel.
Castiel nodded. "You're here."
"What did you want to meet up for?" Dean smiled nervously.
Castiel got really nervous. "Well, um. I actually wanted to ask..." He blushed and looked away.
"Is something wrong?" Dean didn't feel nervous, but worried.
"Yeah, yeah everything's fine," he took a deep breath and relaxed himself enough to stop looking nervous. "I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to be my boyfriend."
Suddenly the everything was spinning.
"You- you what?" Dean sat down and closed his eyes.
Castiel sat beside him. "It's okay, you don't have to answer right away- or ever I mean I'm fine with being told no or not knowing so really it's up to-"
Dean kissed him. He couldn't believe it. Castiel was his', and he was Castiel's.
He looked at him. "Yes."
Castiel was visibly relieved.
Castiel grabbed Dean and pulled him into a kiss.
Dean pressed his lips hard against Castiel's and pulled him closer.
That got Castiel a little excited and his hands searched for something to grab. The front of Dean's shirt, around his neck. He finally grabbed the front of his jacket and pulled Dean as close as they could get, considering they were almost sitting on each other's lap.
Dean had his hands in Castiel's hair. He really loved his hair.
Things were starting to get a little heated when Dean's phone started ringing. He tried to ignore it, but it wouldn't stop ringing.
Castiel rested his forehead on Dean's shoulder. "You should probably get that..."
"It can wait-"
Castiel looked at him. "Just get it. It's probably important- because wow- they won't stop calling."
He was right. So Dean took his phone out of this pocket and saw the number. Sam.
He called earlier than what they had agreed on. Dean answered.
"What do you want?"
"You said to call." Sam sounded a little offended.
"Yeah but I'm a little busy right now." Dean looked at Castiel and looked away.
"Oh well, I'll make it quick. I just wanted to say I've been fine."
"Good, you're being serious right?"
"Yes, I am." He sounded a little proud.
"That's good, great actually. Is that all?"
"Yeah. You can get back to whatever you were doing."
"Okay great, bye." Dean hung up as fast as he could.
Castiel looked a little hurt. "Everything fine?"
"Yeah, yeah I'm sorry." He kissed Castiel again which brought him back.
They both continued where they had stopped.
Castiel rested his forehead against Dean's. "We should probably go..." He grumbled.
Now Dean was a little surprised. "Why...?"
"People are watching..."
Dean looked around and saw that there actually were people watching. He was immediately embarrassed.
"Yeah..."
They both untangled themselves and got up. Castiel grabbed Dean's hand and they walked to find a quieter place.
They ended up finding a deserted classroom.
Dean sat on top of the old teacher's desk and pulled Castiel closer.
Castiel sat down beside him. Dean pulled him closer and they both kissed.
Castiel pulled Dean as close as he could and kissed him a little harder.
They got to the point where somehow Castiel ended up on Dean's lap.
They got a little heated and Dean slid the sleeves of Castiel's trench coat off.
Castiel pulled his trench coat off and Dean loosened the tie around his neck and moved the collar of his button-up shirt and began to kiss the base of his neck.
Castiel's face turned a shade of deep red. "Dean."
Dean looked at Castiel and smiled. "Yeah Cas?"
"I'm glad you're my boyfriend."
Dean kissed him quickly. "I am too."
