I was in my room I hadn't come out since my mom had left I was drawing to the best of my abilities but I sucked at it someone knocked on my bedroom door I whispered a come in my dad walked in

"Lexi we need to talk about what happened earlier with your mother" he took a seat on my bed I was on my desk chair

"I'm not telling you his name either so if that what you want it's not telling" I shook my head

"Lexi your mom only trying to help Alan's mom"He seemed like he just wanted to get this done with

"Yeah but why do I get in trouble because Alan doesn't want to say anything how is that my fault?it's just cause she doesn't love me"

"Sure she does"I rolled my eyes at him

"She does"He looked me straight in the eye

"Well maybe she should stay acting like it"I stood up

"That your mother you're talking about she had you in her stomach for 9 months and she never left your side when you were at the hospital"I remembered they told me I had a heart problem when I was born and had to stay at the hospital

"Yeah I know but still I don't get why I'm ground for something I didn't do, in fact, I helped Alan I told the other person to stop I shouldn't be grounded"My dad shook his head

"All you need to do is tell us the guys name"I shook my head

"Then your still grounded till your mom said me and your mother are a team and if one of us says something it goes"He kissed my fore I tried to do the puppy face

"Bye darling I need to go down to my study and worked on some issues"

"Always working"I yelled when he was walking out of the room

"If I didn't you wouldn't have all your things"He screamed back I just laughed I went back to my drawing it had been a while all of the sudden I heard something hit my window I got up I knew it wasn't a bright idea what if I got robbed or killed I opened it I looked around there was nothing maybe it was just the wind it was nice

"Psst" I looked around

"Jesus?"I heard a laugh I looked down standing there was Daniel

"Ohh what do you want? I thought you no longer wanted to talk to me?"I leaned over the balcony

" I was just mad earlier it had nothing to do with you I just prefer to be alone when I'm mad you don't want to be near me I have a bad temper"He explained to me

"Ohh but still what do you want?"I looked back behind me to make sure no one was there

"Come with me I want to take you somewhere" He smiled

"I can't" I shook my head

"Why, not?

"I'm grounded because you beat up Alan why? who the fuck knows? but I am and I can't go out"

"You're telling me you have never been snuck out?"I shook my head no

"Really?"He eyebrows went down

"I've never been grounded and you want me to sneak out?"He nodded his head

"I'm already in my P.J." ImI tried to show him

"So come like that who cares"I took a step back then started laughing

I'm not going in my P.J. no sir I will not "I shook my head no

"Fine then change and come"

"That could take forever" not really I was just too lazy to change

"Come on Lexi it will be fun I promise" he put his hands together as if he were praying then did a puppy dog face

"Ummm fine give me 5 mins" I held up a five

"You have 2" is probably watchI rolled my eyes I went inside changed into whatever was at hand which was my white tank top, leather jacket, and black jeans, with my combat boots I got my bag with everything I went over to the balcony

"Quick question how am I gonna get out my father is most likely in his is probably watching her t.v and my brother and sister are with her or out"

"Then jump" He said like it was so simple I was on the second floor

"I'm sorry what did your crazy ass just say? Jump I can break several bones if I land wrong" iHe just smiled

"I'll catch you there is 50/50 chanceI'll catch you if I don't you fall on the ground come on trust me" He held out his arms I shook my head and then I was climbing over the balcony I threw my bag at him I could feel myself shaking I closed my eyes I took a deep breath then jumped I was praying I would land in his arms I could feel the air

"You can open your eyes" I opened them slowly

"Ohh thank god"I let out the breath I was holding in he put me down

"Well there's a first time for everything and that was also the last time"He laughed we walked out of the yard we went over to his bike he got on gave me his extra helmet I got on behind him I wrapped my arms around his waist line we drove till we got to an off road there were other motorcycles there I got off

"I see you're more comfortable on my bike now you don't hold on for dear life anymore"He smiled at me I just chuckled

"What are we doing here?"

"I'm racing tonight and I thought you would like it so do you?"I looked around then nodded Xavier, Jesse, and Luke came over to us

"You brought Lexi, "Jesse asked

"No shit dude she is standing right there" Xavier smack Jesse in the back of the head

"I'm sorry there imbecile" Luke apologized

"That's my favorite word it describes my sister and brother perfectly"

"Umm nerds yes can we talk normal English please" Jesse smiled at us

"Can I guess your the smart one Luke?"The other three just opened their mouth

"You know that's rude" Xavier said moving his finger

"Daniel your up" Some women with black and pink hair told them

"Keep her safe guys, don't get in trouble and stay with the guys Lexi"I nodded he put on his helmet he got on his bike I guess it was a long way some guys came over to us

"Hey cutie" I looked at me then looked around

"Ohh your talking to me"I pointed at myself

"Back off Evan don't go for her"Jesse got in front of me Jesse and Luke got close to the Evan guy

"And why should I?"He got serious

"She's Daniel's girl do you really want to mess with her Daniel keeps your brother safe Evan"

"My bad I didn't know"He held up his hands in defense

"Question when did I become Daniel's girl I don't remember say yes when he asked me for that matter a fact I don't remember being asked?"The three turned to me

"You've always been his as soon as you decided Daniel could be close you officially became him which means any guys that try to get at you can get seriously hurt"I had no idea what the hell they meant by that

"we will let Daniel tell you"We turned back to the race I was just thinking about it Daniel won the race I didn't say anything about it I just thought about it
