Punch

I was at school Daniel and the guys were in their usual spot I was at my locker the plan, for now, was to pretend I didn't know anything 

"Lexi" I rolled my eyes took a deep breath before looking at him" I came to your house earlier but your parents said you didn't come home"

"Yeah I just had something to deal with" I wanted to yell at him he stood there as if he was innocent 

Jackass.

"What'd you go do? It was late you shouldn't have been out by yourself someone could have hurt you"

"Ooh kinda like you hurt Alison while she was by herself" Great going Lexi not even 5 mins passed and you had to say something. Fuck. He got close to me invading my personal space

"That has nothing to do with me. Who told you? Huh?"I turned to look at Daniel he was coming and I shook my head

"Why do you care?"

"It was Daniel wasn't it? Of course he can't hide things from you he's involved with you I guess he didn't take my threat serious he's mom gonna pay for that" He did not just threaten Perla in front of me all I saw was red I pushed him back and my left hand connected with his face his nose started to bleed

"Don't even think about it Brandon"I heard footsteps coming our way "You mess with her and you're messing with me so don't you're gonna pay for what you did to that girl I promise you that"

"I don't want to hurt you Lexi but I will if I have too I'll forgive you for that punch but the next time watch out"I raised my eyebrow I smiled

"Ohh really...come on then"I tried to get close to him but got picked up "Put me down let me punch him again"I heard Daniel laugh

"Walk away Brandon you don't have your guys here...there are 4... well 5 including Lexi"Jesse sounded serious I smiled I was happy at least he included me "trust me you can't take us all on so turn around and leave"

Brandon looked at us then back away a bit

"Also when we do fight and trust me we will i'm gonna make you regret that you laided your hands on my girlfriend"B

random smirked Luke grabbed Jesse shoulder when you couldn't see Brandon anymore the guys turned to look at me

"That was a great punch"I smiled at Luke

"I hurt my hand tho" I shook it "Daniel can you put me down please i'm short I like being close to the ground" I gestured my hand to the floor he put me down

"You weren't suppose to punch him what if he punched you back?"He was mad

"He wouldn't what he said about hitting me I doubt as much of a jackass that he is he'd never hurt me and beside he earned that punch he threatened someone I love very dearly you don't do that I don't care who you are" I shook my head mid-section

"Who'd he threaten? Mom? Dad? Sister? Brother?"Xavier questioned I didn't take my eye of Daniel he was staring back

"None of the above" Daniel narrowed his eyes at me he was questioning me with his eyes I couldn't tell him he'd go nuts I just smiled walked away I was halfway to my car I tried to speed walk incase he came after me

"Lexi" I kept walking when Jesse caught up "Who did he threaten?" Could I trust him not to tell Daniel

Well he is the quietest one out of all of the guys he looked at me he wanted me to trust He poked my arm "come on tell me"

"You promise you won't tell Daniel" He nodded in agreements "He said he was gonna make Perla pay for Daniel telling me about the message that's why i'm going home right now to make sure he doesn't get close to her" 

"Go be safe tho"I nodded I was gonna walk away but gave him a hug he seemed to be surprised by it but hugged me back he let me go and I ran to my car I drove like I was being followed I gave my keys to one of the guys I ran inside the house Perla stood in the kitchen I looked around

"Miss Lexi why are you in such a hurry?" I was trying to catch my breath

"Nothing.. im..fine...I just wanted.. to hang out with...you"I smiled she raised her eyebrow she knew me way too well

"Okay fine you want to bake a cake?"I nodded I loved her cakes they were amazing we got everything

"How are you and Daniel getting along?"I looked up at her

"He's being nicer"

"What do you mean being nicer? Was he being mean to you?"I shook my head no

"He saw my cuts when he came last time and I wouldn't tell him about it and he didn't like it that I kept it from him"I looked down I knew she didn't like that I had cut but I just sometime couldn't help it 

Perla knew about everything except for one thing but no one knew that I kept that closest to me no one was to now I would go to my grave with that secret Perla put her hands over mine I looked up at her

"YOu haven't told him anything"I shook my head no "Do you trust him?" DId I trust Daniel the guys who shuts everyone out I found myself opening my mouth then closing it

"Yes"I nodded 

"He may not show it much but he cares for you every single time I come home he ask me about you every single time"That made me smile he actually cared about me awe

"I wish he'd show it or at least tell me he does"

"He will when he's ready something you should know about Daniel he shuts people out because he believe feelings make you weak" I smiled at her we talked for awhile I enjoyed her company
