I looked between Daniel and Perla they did look a little alike

"What is she doing here?Not that I don't love you Lexi but like what are you doing in my son's bedroom?"I looked up at Daniel

"She umm" He was trying to find something to say but nothing came to his mind

"Let's go drink a coffee and you guys can explain it to me"We nodded then walked to the kitchen I got the cups Daniel got the sugar and coffee Perla made us the coffee then we sat down Perla across from us

"Okay, can someone explain to me what's going on?"

"I know Daniel from school he helped when Ben and Alan wouldn't give me my book back and then we became friends"I smiled at her

"Okay, and why were you in his bedroom?"I took a sip of my drink let Daniel explain this one

"mom I haven't been sleeping and Lexi here was helping I've had a bad week with sleeping so she helped but we didn't do anything" Perla just laughed me and Daniel just looked at each other

"Okay look I understand that and Lexi do your parents know you are here?"I shook my head no

"Well first you should go call them and me and you are gonna have a talk Daniel" I looked at Daniel

"Not the sex talk again" I laughed quietly

"Lexi you might want to listen as well"I stop laughing

"No thank you I've heard it I don't ever want to hear it again and besides if you say it, Perla, I won't be able to talk to you again and I'll go call my parents" I picked up my coffee when I exited the kitchen all I heard was 'Daniel when a guy loves a girl' then I heard him sigh I called my dad

"Lexi, are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine dad I just wanted to call you and say I'm with a friend I fell asleep and didn't realize it was late"

"Okay well if you're gonna stay the night text me"

"Okay I love you dad bye"I hung up I walked back inside the kitchen Daniel was banging his head on the table

"Daniel you're gonna hurt yourself" Daniel looked up at me

"Anything so my mom will stop this conversation"I shook my head sat next him

"What did your parents say?"She looked at me after taking a sip of her coffee

"That it was fine just to make sure I get home safe"

"Alright, are you gonna stay the night?"I was surprised

"You'd let me stay in your son's room?"She nodded her head

"Stay the night one cause it's late and also you can help sleep"He smiled at me

"Okay fine I'll just text my dad

"Alright well I'm going to clean up things and you guys go up go to sleep you guys have school"

"No I'll do that you go to sleep and I'm not taking no for an answer you already do to much at our home for you to have to come back to your house to clean up after me too"She wanted to protest but didn't she hugged us both then left I started washing the dishes Daniel was cleaning the counter-top I splashed him with some water he looked at me I looked to the side as if someone was next to me

"It wasn't me it was the ghost"He rolled his eyes when we finished we went up to his room

"You want shorts so you can sleep in"I nodded my head he grabbed some from his drawer they were small

"I didn't know you wore shorts"

"I only wear them when I fight besides that I don't that's why those are small I haven't worn them since 5th grade"I nodded I went into the restroom changed thank god I was wearing an undershirt I walked back to the room when I walked back into the room Daniel was standing there without a shirt I looked at his abs and my mouth got watery they looked amazing this was the first time I had seen his tattoos

"You like what you're seeing?"

"No, I love what I'm seeing" I shook my head when I realized what I had just said I always said stupid shit when I was around him I put my hands on my face when I finally looked up Daniel stood there with a grin from ear to ear he laughed

"It's not funny"I held my clothes closer to me

"You right it's hilarious"I dropped my clothes on the floor kicked the door closed softly then went over to him started to smack his chest he grabbed my hands

"It's cute that you think that you can hurt me"

"I can if I kick"He realized what I meant then got serious I just smiled at him

"That's mean anyways we need to sleep we have school you can take my bed I'll sleep on the floor"

"No it's your bed for a reason you can sleep on it and also if I wake up before you I don't want to fall on you again that is one humiliating moment I don't want to happen again"

"Nope and falling on me was kinda funny"He scrunched up his nose he looked cute

"How about we both sleep on your bed?"

"Are you sure? You won't feel uncomfortable?" I shook my head no then sat on his bed

"Fine but if you feel uncomfortable tell me"I rolled my eyes but nodded

"And besides you can't sleep so if you need help I'm here"I laided down got under his bed sheets he turned off the lights after a few secs I felt the bed dip a little

"Lexi, could you do what you did earlier?"

"Yeah" he laided his head on my chest like earlier than did the same thing after a minute or two I heard his soft snores then I fell asleep
