Chapter 1 - Double Detention

Megan's POV

It felt like the first period would never end. Luckily i'm here with Jessica the only thing that keeps me from getting bored.

Jessica is one of my best friends, since like kindergarten.

Then suddenly some kid's phone went off and What Makes You Beautiful started playing.

"Seriously??" Jess whispered/shouted and i laughed a little at her reaction.

"Who ever owns that phone better turn it off before i find him!!" The teacher said.

"It's Rachel for sure." I whispered laud enough for Jess to her. Rachel is like the biggest directioner i know. She's wasting her best years!! Me and Jess started giggling.

"Ms.Everense is there something you'd like to share with us?" The teacher turned to me. I just shook my head while Jess was trying to hold her giggles. "Was that your phone?" She asked again.

"No!" I said.

"Then why were you giggling?" She said as she put her hands on her hips.

"I wasn't-"

"Detention! You too!" She pointed at Jess.

"But-" She cut me off again.

"If you don't mind i have to continue with the lesson!" She raised her voice this time but tried to remain calm.

Great! I know got detention because i giggled!

I was walking angrily through the hall because i had plans after school but now they are ruined. But hey at least i'll be with Jess.

"Hey what's wrong??" Samantha asked me.

Sam is also my best friend. We're a group of three besties!

"I got detention! And so did Jess." I said.

"Wait does this mean we can't hang out after school?" She asked.

"Pretty much." I said.

"That's horrible!! I should get detention too!" I couldn't help it but laugh at her. "We'll meet in detention!!" She said as she walked away, cause the bell just rang.

"Megaan!!" I heard someone call me. I turned my head to see Rachel.

"What do you want?" I snapped.

"I just wanted to say i'm really really sorry you got detention because of me." She is really nice but kind of annoying sometimes. She's still my friend though. "And i'd really appreciate if you'd accept this gift!" She smiled.

"You're giving me s gift just because i got detention because of you?" I chuckled without even looking at the gift.

"Well i was gonna give it to you anyways but now i have a better reason." She smiled. I wasn't kidding when i said she's nice.

"Thanks.." I said while i was checking the gift. One Direction concert tickets. NO WAY! "Umm Rachel i'm sorry but i can't accept this gift." I said. I really don't like One Direction. No, i'm not a hater. Yes, i have a good reason to hate them.

"Oh come one!! Please come!" She begged.

"I don't like One Direction." That's the main reason why i don't want to go.

"I know but it'll be fun and we'll be together! We'll have a fun time i promise!!" She kept begging.

"No-" i was cut off by someone.

"What are you girls doing here?" A teacher yelled at us. "The bell has rung five minutes ago! Detention for both of you! Now get to class!"

"We'll talk in detention." Rachel whispered while we were going to our classes.

Wait! Do i have double detention now?
